  1. I've never seen gaskets produced for that area, i've always just ran a thin bead of rtv around it and it sealed right up.
  2. I still say crankwalk lol...
  3. You know how I know you're gay?
  4. Crankwalk... time to shell out for a 6bolt swap
  5. Nope not a 16g, looks like a 14b to me
  6. Nobodys ever really had any issues with heat from the turbo outlets, and you can also bolt on a regular manifold in its place. You could also wrap the turbo/make a heatshield etc, etc.
  7. Why go 1jz? Why not just turbo the 2j? The only difference between yours and a true gte other than the ecu and other obvious stuff is the higher compression cast pistons. It can still take 5-600 hp on the stock bottom end with a thicker head gasket. Also remember the stock 5 spd on those cars is the shatter prone w58, swapping in an r154 will make for a much stouter setup.
  8. I thought that was normal for turd-gens...
  9. It's going to be a twin turbo v6... no v8
  10. the gt-r is going to be on a dedicated chassis... no sharing between the z or g cars.
  11. dude... an xmods forum? Aren't they toy cars?
  12. If you drink high life you will taste it the next day and you will shit like the world is ending.
  13. Pete, they were never tranny issues per say just clutch disengagement issues, when the clutch was working properly the tranny shifted well, third gear was a bit dirty but it would still slide in if you took your time. Oh and if you want the car back I will sell it to you dirt cheap. I just no longer have the time or interest to dedicate to it anymore.
  14. Remember spaceballs? Perri-air?
  15. I have one for sale if you want it. Needs a bit of work to be streetable but it'll be fast once running right.
  16. You can fish year round here. Saugeye will still be hitting up til december and after that you can still catch some panfish.

  20. I do believe that it is over the clearcoat as parts of it are faded and shitty looking, it just completely ruins the look of the car imo. And LIke I said I don't want to do this myself, if andy can do it that'd be awesome as I'd like to get the car detailed at the same time. http://www.columbusdsm.com/forum/attachment.php?s=&postid=140164
  21. my 240 has painted on pinstripes and I think it completely ruins the look of the car. Is there anyone on here who has experience removing them. I believe that they will polish out but I'm just afraid to tackle the project myself ( I don't like messing with paint)
  22. I've got a big baller LG 60", no real problems but a lot of screen burn in especially with video games. If you can hit it and it stops then it's an electrical contact issue and should be easily fixed by a tv repair shop. It could also possibly be an interference issue... if you're using audio through the inputs in the back try using a ground loop isolator (can be had at radio shack).
  23. It's a mazda mx6... honestly who cares?
