  1. Rhett, How about giving me a call 778-8984.
  2. I can do a tune for you once the other bikes are done with pulls.
  3. Sure! I imagine I will be out there all day.
  4. Just got an informative PM from a CR member. Looks like I will have to give this some more tought. Gotta love them loop holes.
  5. $25.00 for two pulls. Come out and join some of the guys from Ohio Riders and get a baseline of your 2 wheels. Kick off will be a noon. (Bikes only)
  6. So I am sitting on dyno tonight tuning a GTP with E85. I look over at the lift and think to myself. Someone on CR could be getting some use out of it. Here are my thoughts. Here is what I am thinking. This is only a idea at this time. $100.00 for a day. This will include. 8 hours of the lift. Now that being said. You will be responsible for bringing your own tools. With the exception of maybe a screw driver, I will not provide any tools. This way no tools get mixed up or accidently leave the shop. You will be responsible for cleaning up when you are done. The shop floor around the lift is oil free. I would expect it to be that when you are done. Please bring whatever cleaning supplies you will need to return things the way you found them. If you need to you can run and get things you need when the job is completed. This does not mean to forget for now and do it another time. You are responsible for your own eye protection and whatever else you need to protect your body and skin. I will assist you in getting the car on and off the lift. I have shop air so you are welcome to bring air tools as well. Finally, I will have you sign a wavier that keeps both me and my insurance company from being held responsible for when your car falls on you. Please share your pros and cons with me.
  7. Hello Gang. Wanted to share with you some pricing for members of CR. To recieve this pricing you must be a member of the forum. For $65.00 you will recieve 4 baseline pulls with Air/Fuel and Boost. Remember that wideband sensor I use is an NTK sensor along with the AFM1000 from Powertrain Electronics. This is the same wideband used by Pickups Plus. Brady will tell you that this is regarded as on the best wideband 02 sensors setups. The boost sensor is from American Sensor Technologies and is accurate within a 1/10 of a psi. For the GM and Ford crowd I will also include free datalogging of the pcm so we can compare a/f's from the dyno pulls to what is being commanded by the pcm. This will be good information that can be used down the road should you decide to do a tune. I will also allow you to do 1 change in between your 4 pulls. Those changes include adjustment of ignition timing or fuel which is to be done by you. This can be done with either a fuel controller if you have one or an adjustment of fuel pressure or ignition timing with a timing light. If you have a pre programmed hand tuner you are welcome to make 1 set of changes as well. Below is an example of a graph you will recieve including detailed information of boost and a/f readings. http://75.180.27.125:50001/Dyno%20Graphs%20and%20Pictures./Dyno%20Graphs/Ryan%20Hill.jpg Please send me a PM here on CR to schedule your appointment.
  8. Hondata went well today Roy. We should talk when it comes time for your tune.
  9. Dyno owns me. I have been ready for some time now to go to Wayne.
  10. Shawn and Admins. Sorry to hijack the thread. Rob, Make sure the ignition key is off if you doing anything with the chip. Installing or removing the chip with the key on makes for a bad chip and eec. Unfortunately, these chips and ecms are not as durable as putting an old nintendo game into the nintendo with the power on.
  11. How much is this costing you in materials?
  12. Shawn, Let me if I can make a trip to your shop during the week as you get closer to starting the car.
  13. Shawn, I would like to talk to you in more detail about your combination. I would also give Jeff a call at IPS and qet a quote. What is most important to me is that YOU get taken care of regardless of where you go. Please give me a call. If I do not answer leave me a message. Extremely busy day tomorrow with LS1's and Hondata. I promise to call you when I get a break.
  14. My turbo cars have BOV's Maf sits in between the BOV an TB
  15. Wish I could off load this 2 wheel drive dyno and go awd. Sounds like I would be right at home tuning subies.
  16. Please be more specific Mr. Thorne. Why is it taking you hours?
  17. I have never had any work from Tinman. However he is probably one the most easy going and friendly people to be around. I always enjoy seeing him when he is out at the shop.
  18. where abouts are you located?
  19. Linn, Is this the L99 or LS3? I thought the SS had the 430 hp LS3 motor and the RS had the 400 hp L99 motor. I have a L99 RS coming in next month for a blower and a tune.
  20. Sitting here on the couch relaxing with the laptop as we speak. Thank you for everyones kind words and support.
