  1. I will agree... Dirt is great for training... That's why I'm starting my son out on flat track/mx stuff first before he transfers over to pavement. Rear tire movement is what freaks out most new riders.. Get comphy with it in the dirt, you'll be fine and have fun on the pavement
  2. Why does everyone want a manual? The auto is smooth, nice in the city and doesn't get any worse gas mileage.. Maybe 1mpg less in these TJ's.. I've owned both manual and autos and kinda like the autos better. You will be shocked how nice the auto is
  3. Typical rust spots on TJ's are on the back tail gate area, and back frame above lower control arm. Almost every northern jeep TJ I've had had rust problems there.. Good thing is the fenders are free of rust, that's the other rust problems on most jeeps
  4. Anyone?? Great for when the white stuff starts to fly!
  5. *******SOLD*********** 2002 TTR 125 with clear title. Just rebuilt last spring with new Wisco piston, new clutch, new chain/sprockets, new knobby tires, carb float, jets, etc... Great to teach wife/kids how to ride, or have a fun/cheap bike to race with OMRL next season (hint, hint) Asking $1100 obo Located in Blacklick Ohio on the east side of columbus.
  6. For sale is a 2000 Jeep TJ. 4.0L V6, auto with 137k. Runs good its so cheap due to salvage title. I just bought it, but found out I need more room. Just too small for me now. I no longer need it, just bought a new vehicle, so this sits. ProComp front and rear bumpers, 3" lift and 33" tires with lots of Tread left Asking $4500, but fast sell it to OR member for $4k. Has rust on frame in typical jeep rust areas, needs front end alinement, heater switch (but heat does work and works good). If you want more pics let me know. I can email or text ya more Located on the east side of columbus.
  7. Ok.. I'm going to chime in here now.. Lol First off, I've raced everything from a stock slow ass YSR to a R6.. But now that I'm old and slow on both big bikes and minis, I'll fill ya in on my thoughts on going from Mini to big bikes. When I started racing with my club (used to be called OYL) I thought it was a joke, but found out fast how much fun it was and cheap as well. The feel is not the same as big bikes. I was trying to race the little YSR like a R6, but kept crashing. I think I crashed more my first season racing minis then all the seasons combined! Like Brian said, you need seat time, and learn how the bike feels, how it acts and all that good stuff. I just bought a FZR400 to start racing vintage next season. I took it out for its first track day a few months back and I felt slow as dog shit again, because I was learning how it feels, acts and responds. I just needed seat time, and got a bunch of it at the Prodmore school on that bike and was running much better toward the end of the day. The one thing that I believe helps with going from minis to bigger bikes is the close passing and late breaking. Each bike feels different, this FZR feels nothing like my old R6, and nothing like my 20HP NSF125 mini. Now, you want to talk wheel spin, and power slides at will on a mini, I welcome you to toss a leg over my bike! Lol Minis are cheap, fun and great way to learn flags, passing and late breaking IMO. The most important thing IS seat time, no matter if its a 50-100cc or 400,600 or 1k. Come out, have fun with us.. Learn a thing or two and go see if you can use it on the big track! Oh and Brian.. Tell those friends of yours that have come to to race with us in the past that we are under new management and I think I know who you are talking about, they no longer race with our club anymore! You'll be shocked how much has changed (for the better). Mark, the RS125 racer that you got the bike off of, is a good friend of mine, he will tell ya how much fun and family friendly we are! Hope to see ya at the track, big or small soon!
  8. Foookkkk I always miss the good deals!!
  9. Well, it's has been 7 months since I started on these products and boy have I had a huge transformation. 7 months ago I was 173lbs, 36" waist (around my love handles and over belly button) and now it's at 31". I weigh in at 155lbs and dropped 7% body fat (at 10.2% now). I eat healthy clean 70-80% of the time, but I still eat pizza, chipotle and sweets from time to time. These products are truly amazing. My original goal was to fit into my size 40 Spidi race suit and now it fits perfect! I have helped several people lose tons of weight, inches and earn a little money on the side if they wanted too. I have an Intro to AdvoCare at my house tonight at 7pm. If you want to hear more about the products and sample some awesome energy drinks also.. PM me!! I live on the east side of Columbus. It will only last an hour and I tell people to leave their wallets/purse at home.. I'm not going to ask ya for your money.. Just want ya to try some stuff and hear all about it. So, who's in?? Who here already takes these products?
  10. I have a set of good Michelin race tires that were taken off my FZR400 when I got it a few months back. These tires have not really been used for the track... They are old, so that's why I didn't use them. Anyway.. Come get them .. $25 takes both! Good for you SuperMoto guys! 110/70/17 front 150/60/17 rear Located in Blacklick

  17. Can I come over to watch the game? That TV is huge, u trying to make up for something? Lol J/K It makes my 44" in my man cave that I just finished this spring look very tiny.. But, can't complain when the wife buys something for me. Here's a panoramic view of my man cave.. Wish I had Buckeye stuff in there, but it's all expensive, so I just put my FD and motorcycle racing stuff down there for now.
  18. Tracks- Circleville (CRP), PIRC (or BeaveRun, pa), there is one in Camden Oh too, but its unsafe to hold a race there, lots of guys go there and just do track days. We are trying to get on New Castle out toward Indy. It's the big kart track off 70 on your way to Indy.
  19. The cheapest way to get into mini Roadracing is the the XR100 class A fully prepped race bike will run ya around 1000-1500 depending on what parts you put on it. Classes run $25 for your first class, $20 for your second, and $15 for a third (two 10 lap sprint races each class, most just sign up for 2 classes). Every bike can be bumped up to the next highest class to get more set time. $8 gate fee and $10 transponder rental (free if you own one). Expert and Novice divisions, tons of practice time before each race! We even have a SuperMoto class as well!!! More info and our rule book can be found here : www.ohiominigp.com
