  2. Okay, last update.... Justin got to ride his new dirt bike today for the 1st time!! I am probably the proudest father on the planet!! No joke! He only fell off the bike twice when he came to a stop (bikes a little heavier and taller than his last one). I didn't focus on having him shift gears or anything now, I just wanted him to get comfortable on the bike and get use to the power delivery, suspension, etc.. He did great and everything he should at this stage!! He was happy, and the first thing he said to me was, "daddy, I'm not slow anymore!" I couldn't help but laugh!! I'll have to adjust the bars up a little, because he was sitting too far back on the seat, but... today was just letting him run it around and get the feel of the bike. Anyway, here are a few pic's I took (with my iPhone, damn thing takes great pic's)...
  3. I didn't need a degree to be a firefighter.. But it helps if I want to advance. With that said, I got my Fire science degree and working on my BS in Emergency Management... I don't really need them, but it's nice to have when my son grows up and asks why I push education when I've got a good job with no degree.. Now I can say, I do, and get your butt in school!! Lol
  4. Yes, I sold his old PW to one of my club members and his little 4yr old is enjoying it.
  5. Got it done and ready for him to ride... New gear, parts on the bike and all new look! Thanks to everyone that helped to get it where it is now.. I now have one very happy 7 yr old! BRAPP!!!
  6. Thanks guys!! Hit me up and lets talk!! Eric, I sent ya a PM.. Call me at 614-519-4073
  7. That's great man!!! Really good results!! Keep it up
  8. Looks like I might have to drive over there for dinner!!
  9. I get a special deal because I sell it (and you could too), but yes.. It's $185 or just a little over $7 a day. I know I just spent $5 for breakfest this morning, and it wasn't the best thing for me. You'll be saving money, because you won't be buying those Star Bucks coffees, Red Bulls, and stuff everyday like most do! Here is my website to order it if anyone is interested or wants more info, please PM me!! www.bncfitness.com
  10. Well, my wife took the 24 Day Challenge with Advocare after Thanksgiving 2011.. She did so good, that I think I'm going to do a 24 Day Challenge starting March 5th. I tried to get into my leather race suit and it's a little tight, so something needs to change and change fast before race season. Anyway, if anyone wants to do this with me, I'm having a competition to see who loses the most weight and inches will win a free box of Spark energy drink. Spark is another Advocare product that I sell and it's good for ya, unlike Monster & RedBull! If anyone wants more info on this or any Advocare products, let me know. I've never taken supplements like these before, they work!! I normally don't share things like this, but it's something I believe in, and I love competitions in anything!! I'm sure my wife would kill me if she knew I posted this pic of her here, but it shows ya what Advocare products can do for you in a short time frame!
  11. Starting to come together.. I don't know who's more excited to ride.. My son or me Huge Thanks to both Paul Finn and Paul Ringel for the hookup on KLX parts! Here is a sneek peek.. I did order a set of new side number plates for him, so I don't have to cut the new sticker kit. More updates will be posted soon!! New foot peg bracket w/pegs, ProTaper TwoBros bar, new swing arm, new wheels, cleaned up and polished his Exhaust, new brake lever, new seat (not pictured), new sticker kit.. Etc..
  12. How's my old ride treating ya man? Wish I never sold it.. But I'll have something new this summer! Anyway, sorry to go off-topic.. But like others have stated.. You will be very lucky to get 3500 for it. Mine had avg miles for a 03, and almost showroom floor condition and got 4k.. If looking to for a fire sale, then list it on CL for $3k and see what happens Good luck, I seen your bike a few years ago and it looked/sounded nice.
  13. Sweet!!! We hooked another one! Lol Can't wait to see ya on the 85... It's a beast on the kart tracks!
  14. Thanks guys.. got it all apart now and getting the plastics cleaned up and ready for the new Monster Energy sticker kit, new sprockets and chain are here and cut to size. Now, just waiting for his other parts to get in so I can start to update everything. It will look like a new(er) bike when I'm done!
  15. Yes, the good old Stock XR100 class.. It's getting to be a popular class to race in, I'd have to say that the Stock XR100 class might be our largest class right now with the most on the grid. The YSR's are not the bigger group, there are only 2-4 YSR's left in our club, most everyone has gone to the NSR's, or over to the mini motards (65's-150R's) Pittsburgh International Race Complex (PRX for short) is the new name for BeaveRun.. They changed management. Anyway, if you can, make sure you make it out to at least one of the events we have out there. Aug 4-5 weekend is the HUGE Eastern Mini Championship race (Eastern Nationals) that we host there. People from all over show up and race! It was HUGE last season, and I expect a lot more to show up for this years event! There are other tracks, Camden Ohio has the G&J kart track. We were going to schedule a race or two there this season, but we had a few of our club officials go over and look/ride at the track and didn't feel it was safe enough for a race. Not a lot of run off, curbs, and other things that were not up to par. It's still a sweet track if you just wanted to ride on it, but don't crash in a few corners, or you might hit a curb or other things. lol There's another one just north of Upper Sandusky, but it is SUPER small and only takes 25 sec to do a lap, so nobody wanted to go back. WERA has a Mini class, so you can hit up any of the WERA races and "hope" that other mini's show up to warrant a race for them that day, if not, they leave it off the weekend's schedule. To answer your 2nd question.. we don't really "schedule" any track days at CRP, but people post up here and on our forum if they are going to go out and ride for the day there. It's $15 a person for all day, so you can't beat that! I know I'll be going out there a lot as soon as the weather gets nicer, so if you want to come out and play, I'll show ya the lines and anything else you want to know. But, when it's nice just call the track and see if they are open for practice...98% of the time they are during the week.. weekends are hit and miss with the different people racing there. BTW, we race going both directions, so it's like you are racing at a different track. I know I have to re-gear going backwards, because you can get onto the back straight a lot faster! And lastly, YES, bring your gear if you don't have a bike setup yet. We will let ya ride/race a stock XR100 for the day. You'll have to get with my VP on what he charges (if anything) for rentals, but I know he let a few newbies ride one of his backup bikes last season. Anything we can do to help.. let me know! Hope to see ya at the track this Spring!
  16. Yep. 14th and 28th I'm off. I work every other Sat! Boo!!
  17. Yep... But he is ready! He was riding the wheels off his old PW. I just hope he doesn't enjoy doing wheelies like I do! Lol
  18. I work at the FD that day (like every damn dyno day)... But, I might try and do like I did a few years ago and take a few hours of leave and bring my mini!! I've got a lot more done to it since last time it was there!
  19. Thanks guys! I'm excited, so much so that I haven't touched my race bike yet.. Been buying all kinds of stuff for his and getting it ready!! Here is a pic from early last season at CRP following me on a XR100 with him on his old PW.. First time on pavement and he did great, drag'n pegs in every corner! Haha
  20. So, after almost 3 years on his PW50, it's time to step it up a bit. I picked up this KLX 110 for him last week. I'm working on it right now.. Just got new sprockets/chain, and a new seat and Monster Energy sticker kit is on the way. A few friends are hooking him up with new wheels, bars, swing arm, forks and 4th gear drum. Thanks (you know who u are) Anyway, he can't wait to learn how to ride it, and learn how to shift (kinda) When he is use to the bike, I'll be getting it set up for pavement and slap on some roadrace wheels w/ TT92's!! Wife walked down to the basement when we were both at full tuck acting like we were racing each other... She had to snap a pic!
  21. 2nds on the gloves if you don't ship...
  22. Oh shit.. lol.. I just looked at the pic's on the 1st page.. guess I'll be making a trip there this week! SCORE!
  23. Got any GP Plus or GP PRO gloves on sale? Both my Pro's have small holes in the palm of my left hand... boo
