Youre forgetting the not stolen part which is why you need to have a CoO, Title, or Bill of sale + weight slip.. See bold.. Its not just about weight, you have to prove you own it which requires one of the above, And yes all trailers except homebuilts have serial numbers.

You need to have a certificate of origin, or title to show that the trailer is not stolen.. I believe you need a weight slip for homebuilts. CoO and titles will already have the weight.

Ive contested parking tickets before with detailed photo evidence and they just reply that they do not agree with your statement and you still have to pay. Its complete BS.

That place is awesome.. I imagine its tornado and hurricane proof as well. Thats a reall selling point. Same thing with fire. Close the doors and dump halon into the place and instant fire is put out. Granted you would need failsafes so the homeowners dont worry about getting snuffed out but the ability to walk exit the house and push a button and it closes up, extinguishes everything is awesome.
