  1. I know a parent who took the permit test and failed it.

    They passed the second time.

They took the rider's safety course, wrecked like 4 or 5 times. Hell, they high-sided a 250 rebel!

Then they want me to help them to find a bike to ride.

I'm not helping...I'm highly discouraging them from riding. Their kid is more important and I don't want their injuries/death on my conscious.

  2. i have done a sea doo jet boat once. what a PIA.. i will do them, but it cost! and yes i like to survey before i give a quote... dont want to under pay myself, nor do i want to overcharge the customer

What's the range for a motorcycle? fairly clean..some swirls. Black. Half flat so that wouldnt need wax :)

I wont hold you to it...just looking for a range so I can decide if I'd want to do it.

  3. I'd like to make this bike night at least once, great excuse to ride to the east siiiide. QSL is the best, no doubt. The hooters bike night on friday in hilliard has potential, there were about 40-50 bikes. I could see it becoming a big deal by july? Iron Pony's bike night (no longer) on friday was sweet...wished they still had it. :(

  4. Go in to Roush, ask for Jerry and tell him I sent you. Tell him to give you the buddy deal and see what he can do for you on price. He and I are good friends and it may help getting a decent deal. He's good people.

Hell, i paid 550...did you rip me off lizard?!

  5. Went to Hinds today...they're offering buy 1, get 1 FREE on all accessories and apparel. Tires and chemicals not included.

I got two HJC helmets (one was AC12, other CL15, i think) for $200. One helmet was 279 the other was 140. I offered $200 for both. They finally agreed. The selection is limited...but if you're looking for a track helmet or one for a passenger...this is prolly your best bet.

Their jacket selection seemed decent...not as good as pony...but 2 for the price of one is nice.

  6. If it's something stupid...let her be wrong and drop it. She'll realize that she's wrong eventually. Example...if she says the sun is coming up at 4am tomorrow...it's a harmless error. I would just let her think that.

However, if she says, the sun is coming up at 4am tomorrow, and you'll be up mowing the lawn...then say something. :)
