  1. Thanks! Yes, I weld the center diff to avoid buying about 3K worth of LSDs and a 4 spyder diff to help keep things together above 600 ft lbs. $0 is better than $3k. . this effectively locks it in 4x4, so just removing the T case makes it locked 2wd I figured the HG is either Fully foked, or it just chattered the head a bit, and I wasn't going to hurt it "more" hitting it again at lower boost. Only one way to find out right!? :dumb:
  2. In testing a new compressor wheel for my GT42, we had a little whoops. Saw 980whp and just decided to send it. Issue is, my previous 50psi controller setting is now something near or over 60psi LOL. The bag news, it lifted the head. The good news- is it made 970whp before 8k RPM The pull before it made 980whp at 8900rpm. Safe to say she was on her way to some JAM. So, I put the hose back on and turned it back down to 40psi, and it made the same 850whp it did before. So I called it good and drove home. Track results coming soon....
  3. Honestly if I keep it I would lower it, buff it out and leave it be. The Hobo is doing well so I may stick with it for a few more years yet. If anything, a B16/18/20 NA swap. OG Honda action . My buddy had a clean CRX with a JDM B16 and it was about the most fun daily ripper there was.
  4. Thanks! Its not the best but its very nice for the price. Cheapest one on BaT in the last 2 year sold for $5200! I am honestly tempted to piss off the wife even further and tell her Im keeping it lol
  5. 91 CRX HF. Newer clutch, axles, balljoints, and timing belt. Full headers back exhaust. Only 86k miles! **REAL SSR Tyle C wheels** these sell for $800-1000 on eBay alone. I will list it on Clist for $2500 when I get back from Florida. CR price $2000 w/ wheels. $1600 and bring your own wheels! PM me with any questions.
  6. When you factor in their GM covered retirement and GM covered beanies, absofreakinglutley. Not even one freaking day. I would even bet within 2 years over 50% of the work force would be the same guys that used to be in the union.
  7. If you think anyone, I mean ANYONE should be paid 100K+bennies (great bennies too) to bolt on water pumps for 8 hours a day, you are part of the problem. Period.
  8. Its way past booty tickle these days. :gabe:
  9. Your current considerations list screams safe, lacks fun, so all of my recommendations wont be good ones here. Good luck.

    Suicide..

I may be in the minority, but I have always felt one could be happy in a cardboard box, or a house in the Hamptons. Happiness is an internal directive. No matter how BAD it is, it can always be worst. And, there is nothing worst than being dead.
  17. I've literally never seen one on the road. Neat. Did they have any more for that price?
  18. You can hear him pedal it. Smart man. If he would have touched the brakes at all it would have been int he wall.
  19. Who cares about the gas- Did you see what the M5 Dyno'd? Lawd-
  20. Dyno Day Friday- Racing Likely Saturday only. I need all kinds of safety shit/catch pans ECT to run any Quick class- so I will likely run Index.
