    I like driving cars too much. If I built a fast DSM, it would be broke way more than a fast Buick. Buick > DSM ... the DSM does kick all kinds of ass for daily driving though.

    The DSM has a blown HG... it shuold get fixed this week as well. ... I should really take both cars.

    Wow. The tranny was built 3 1/2 years ago and it's got stock bands/clutches. It's led a hard life. Going to be freshened up next week. Norwalk shouldn't be a problem.

    First time it's broke. Still got me home. Shouldn't be a big deal, but is bad timing. Buick Nats and Buick's @ Norwalk are SOON. Tranny guy is probably slammed.

    Not really any downsides. The stock ignition is pretty weak and most people convert to 86-87 style. Tranny is solid. Rear is solid. Motor is solid. Heads flow a little less than the 86-87's.
