  1. Feeling generous, $450 takes both the LRF and Surefire. BTW folks, no AR is complete without a good light.
  2. I'm partially drunk and had fun with a 29 year old with a few tattoos. Great success.
  3. It's a celebration! You have a permit for it.
  4. The Pub it is. Easton possibly later
  5. Sitting at home as we speak. I've used many of Surefires products in the past, and i will say, they save lives and will give you the upper hand in low light situations. I've got the LED Scout light ony AR personally.
  6. Tell me what he wants for the SKS, I figure I should have one peasant rifle.
  7. Surefire: http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt236/Scotty_Sapper/0b07b69b.jpg Bushnell 1500: http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt236/Scotty_Sapper/6ff70feb.jpg http://i615.photobucket.com/albums/tt236/Scotty_Sapper/00d8a2d2.jpg
  8. Got a Bushnell Elite 1500 Laser Range Finder I bought for my recent trip to Afghanistan along with a Surefire M952 rail mounted light with pressure switch. Paied almost $400 for the Laser Range Finder and about $450 for the Surefire. Lost the spare bulb with the Surefire, but it's almost brand new. Asking $300 OBO on the Bushnell LRF and $350 OBO on the Surefire. Pics to follow, will cut deal if you buy both together.
  9. Be in touch this weekend, hope to see you next week.
  10. Just saw it was compensated.....:leghump: Let me make sure I can fit it in the safe, but I'm pretty sure there's room.
  11. Be a nice DD with a new B16. I'll be in touch when I hit Ohio.
  12. Don, might be in Ohio by next week I need some more Christmas presents for myself.
  13. American Eagle and PMC are usually cheaper as far as FMJ loads are concerned. I've been buying my ammo from http://www.palmettostatearmory.com lately. The more you buy, the cheaper it gets.
  14. Pictars? Basically just needs a motor I assume? Color?
  15. When I get a chance, I'd like to go shooting around the weekend of the 17th if you wanna join in Brian.
  16. Hey Brian, as for your .22 question, you can never go wrong with the Ruger Mark III hunter or any of those series of handguns. They're not the cheapest in the world by comparison, but there's a huge market for them. Not to mention, they're great shooting guns. Never had any experiences with the Walther P22, but I've been thinking about buying one myself for shits n' giggles. BTW- Go big, buy a 590A1 Mossberg Here's the Ruger I speak of: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_i9XcNg33JRw/Sc8P2SbYWhI/AAAAAAAAAJ8/kyW2-vZ2Vlk/s400/MarkIII-Rsmall.jpg
  17. Honestly, they look almost the same way they did when I got them new. I played 2 seasons or so with them before football took over. I was shocked I can still half way skate.
  18. Those shooting from a grip pod tend to shoot a little worse, depending upon how you utilize it. Having an M203, it obviously took care of that on my end, but as far as unsupported, off hand, etc... it's deffinately worth it IMO. I think you hate em, cause you see every swinging dick in the Army, from grunts to finance clerks, rocking them on their M4's or M16's. Don't get me wrong, I laugh at the Harris bipods on M4's and the giant Leupolds I've seen on them. I will say this, shoot an M110 SASS with the can on it. It's a nice shooting rifle to say the least.
  19. My safety was usually in the up position here indicating the little red dot Carried it like that in both a Blackhawk Serpa and a Safariland thumb break style retention. But then again, my job entailed being able to deal with a close up threat more than anything, especially behind the wheel.
  20. I've had a set of CCM 152 Tacks for well over 14 years now. Got them sharpened and took them out when I was home on leave in september. Gotta say, they're just as good as they were 14 years ago. Not the most expensive pair of skates around, but I've never seen a set of CCM's go bad.
  21. I'm impressed with any woman not in a uniform at this moment, so it won't take much to get my attention. If it sucks, The Pub is always a sure backup plan.
