  1. Yup, I always get a clam shell of 123A's everytime I can.
  2. But I can change the barrel on my LMT MRP faster I like Bravo Company's stuff, but they seem to run out of stock pretty quick.
  3. You are correct. I may go trade it in for another X300 for my Glock 21.
  4. And? I can shoot a billion BB's for the price of 1,000 .22LR rounds. Shooting isn't a cheap hobby. If you really think 5.56mm is expensive, you must not go shooting very often. I sure as hell don't own AR15's to shoot .22LR through, I have rifles chambered in .22LR to shoot that cartridge. .22LR really isn't that fun to shoot, compared to 5.56mm.
  5. If you're buying it to be "cool" like everyone else, go buy a cheap one like everyone else. You get what you pay for with AR15's as I've said about a billion times on here. I prefer the 1:7 twist 5.56 chambers, but that's just me. I bought my LMT for specific reasons, but I have a few S&W M&P15's aswell. Learn yourself on the AR15 before you hit the range. As simple as they seem, there's a few tricks to them aswell. Another thing I'll repeat, properly lube the rifle, buy quality magazines and spend for good ammo.
  6. To really get a good feel for it, snag some 2 3/4" and 3" 00 Buck. Wouldn't hurt to toss a few slugs through it aswell, to see the difference in ammunition. Each ammo patterns and hits a little different. But, a 12 gauge shotgun is about the most versatile weapon in the world.
  7. Range finder got sold. Surefire still up for sale.
  8. I go to The Pub or I clean firearms and watch Christmas movies.
  9. I'm on vacation til February, screw work.
  10. I'll have it here for ya I figured someone on here would have a better use for it than I.
  11. Price change- $250 Surefire $200 - Bushnell Laser Range Finder
  12. Got a vertical front grip I'll toss in with the Surefire to mount the pressure switch on.
  13. I remember when Chris Green put that MP112 on his GTP. Smelled like sewer and rotting trash.
  14. Done it before, just can't remember where I can get the blower oil at. Thanks for the link though, I'll probably end up doing it after New Years.
  15. Got apartment shopping and job interviews. Plus I gotta see the woman for sexy time We should do something Friday night son.
  16. Almost forgot about the blower. I think all I'll really do is slap an intake on it and that's it. She was planning this to be a car she'd keep for 2 years, so I thought it was perfect for her and in the price range she had too. Is the blower oil a dealer only kinda thing, or can I contact Eaton?
  17. I have a Ruger LCR I might be willing to part with. Probably taking it shooting tomorrow to see if I like it, but if I'm not a fan I'll part with it.
  18. Just had her make an appointment to get the fluids done in the tranny. She said it had the competition package on it, and she was wondering what the paddles behind the wheel were. As I assumed it was Pontiac's attempt at a paddle shifter?
  19. From what I know it's 100% stock and always has been. Only thing I thought about was an intake, replacing the belts, and doing a tune up. Tim, is it a good idea to flush the tranny on a normal basis or are the tranny issues almost inevitable?
  20. So the girlfriend down in Dallas just picked up a 2005 Grand Prix GTP. She needed something just to hold her for about 2 years. With that said it currently has 80K on the clock and from what she told me it's pretty loaded. So my question is, is there anything to keep an eye on and replace here before she clocks 100K? Anything I should do right off the bat IE: Plugs, wires, intake, fluids flush and filters? I was pretty stoked she got a GTP for what she got it for, not to mention it opens the mod gate if she decides to keep it for a while. I'll finally see it next week, so I figure some of her Christmas present can be the basics and a tune up while I'm there.
  21. I may take this. Think I need another dresser
