yeah, weather looks poopy. i know a couple of wera guys around the 'bus. i'll also pm lizard. i'm not sure whats going on with them. the dude i traded my beloved tl for this rr, said he put springs in it. but, knowing now what his mechanical abilities are, i cant imagine he didnt fuck something up in there. they're very similar to a pogo stick and i cant seem to adjust that out. its like there is 0.5 wt oil in there......maybe even water........who knows...

you can always go to your local parts store and get one of those cable tensioners. your cable will stretch over time and with regular use. these tensioners basically make a bend in the cable thus making it shorter.

haha! nice, but only for one time use!! but, at least you can eat the 'taters after your first ride...... anyway, i found some inexpensive packing on ebay. i left the packing a little loose and little bits of it got blown out the seams. so, if i were to do it again, i'd go a little tighter/snug. as long as you have something in there you're better off than the empty tin can rattle that hollow ones give. but, like you've already found, ownes corning is only reliable for your attic.....

just bought an '03 kx125. it runs pretty good, but after about an hour of riding it will foul the plug. the bike is completely stock, PO said it had a larger main jet in it, but it doesnt. anyway, i think its running too rich. does anyone have any advice as to what jet/s to run for trail riding, or other things to adjust? i wont be taking it to any tracks, not yet anyway. so i thought a main jet one size smaller..... thanks, in advance.....

+1 i'd stick with the 190. i dont think there are any real benefits to using any other size besides stock (cost, availability (200), fitment to rim, fitment to bike, handling, etc). just my $1/50....
