  1. had a good time down near deals gap.. and for all who want to know.. the dragon is not open its open till the tenesee state line. then there is a huge baracade, and a camper that someone is camping out itwatching to make sure no one attempts to get past the barracade. i assume its the same on the other side as well. 28 had hardly any traffic, though there was some debris from the trees in the road, so we took more caution, the skyway was nice and clear though. we came in on 441 smokey mountain parkway, it was a great road, aside from all the salt and sand that was on it. there really wasnt many riders out down there. just a handfull and mostly locals. we made quite a few passes on 28, and south side of 129 and saw no cops what so ever. i did however get pulled over on the skyway for 52 in a 40, but didnt get a ticket (this was in the car on the way home today) didnt take many pictures, but did get a few.. ill post them up when i get time, but i have a video uploading as i type this. me on the sv and my buddy behind me on a 03 sv650s, so once thats up ill put it up as well.
  2. i think he has sad face cause he doesnt have a bike anymore, and now has to try to fill the void with car videos.
  3. should be a good time.. im bringing the Viffer, and the SV my buddy (who i trust very much lol, and has a bank account to back it up) will be riding the SV, well untill i want to play on it some. just put some PP 2CTs on last night then we have a R6, Vstrom, and another sv650 going as well. trailering down, because well.. its just easier this time around. id rather ride, but hell with it, it keeps us all together we make better time getting down there, and less stops.

  9. just got it done about 2 hours ago, so no havent used it at all yet.. but the functions seem kick ass. and the tach seems spot on.. as well as the engine temp. LED backlight is bright and everything is very readable. you can set 1 shift lights on it wich is cool, and temp warnings.. and it gives you ambient temp as well. if you decide to get one, let me know.. my guy i work with has the hook up

  12. My buddy eden bought a fat tire kit from SUMO Fats and he received his wheel and tire the other day. he brought it over to me today to see if i could get it mounted. i didnt know if i would be able to, but i wanted to give it a try. he went from a stock honda fury wheel and 200mm rear tire to a SUMO rear wheel (in honda OEM look) and 260mm rear tire 260mm tire next to the stock 200mm
  13. prices updated!!! the Conti Rear has been sold
  14. no problem, sometimes it will reduce the popping, but generally it wont. all the pair valve does is take clean air from the airbox and pump it into the exhaust to hep burn up unused gases helps to pass emission standards. and if the PAIR valve is still on when you dyno, it will make the air/fuel mix look leaner than it actually is, which really creates an inaccurate tune, since the monitoring of a/f is through a wide band 02 sensor placed in the end of the exhaust.
  15. youll still get a decel pop if you have a pipe, or pipe and filter. its running a tad lean. get a tune and you will be good to go. everything you did is correct, doing what you did doesnt fix a decel pop, it just removes the emissions, and lets for a more accurate tune. and in some cases reduces surging, bucking at lower rpms anyone who throws a pipe on there bike without jetting/tuning will have a decel pop
  16. thanks for stoppin by man, glad i could help
  17. the sprockets should unbolt from the cams. should be two 10mm bolts that hold each sprocket on to the cam itself. also make sure you have the cam chain tensioner released. it takes a special tool to hold it in the released position. if not youll need someone to use a small flat head screw driver to hold the tensioner in the released position. i have had the cams out of a few different bikes, quads, dirtbikes, and havent had to pull the sprocket off of a cam yet, unless i was putting in a new cam. so i guess make sure your tensioner is released, and if it is, then id say pull the sprocket off the cam install cams, then install sprockets with the chain already on them. make sure you mark the sprockets to the cams so you know they are where they should be when you go to re install them.
  18. where did you get that thing.. i think i know whos that was
  19. they are saying march 26th it will be open.. lets hope! if so, should me and the guys should be good to go ofor the first weekend of april
