  1. time of year again to sell some gear. me and the wife are gear snobs, so new gear is usually a yearly thing. Scorpion Nip Tuck Mesh Jacket Size S bought from pony in the spring/ early summer $80 obo stock photo
  2. This thing is just a little big for me. i have still worn it, and its a freaking awesome jacket, but i want it to fit better on me. i usually wear size 42, this jacket i would say is more of a 44.. the sizing numbering is weird on these, the size is XYL has removable rain liner and quilted liner. looking for $200 obi
  3. I just dont use this thing much. Havent had a bike on it in 6 months. I put a better wheel chock on it than what come with it. Looking to get $225
  4. The multi will always be in my heart as one of my favorite bikes ive owned, i just couldnt get comfortable on it to do week long trips. The hyper is a similar bike but not at the same time. Its full out enthusiasm. The stratoliner deluxe is an amazing bike for a cruiser. The motor is just awesome, the gear box is so smooth. The suspension soaks up everything in the road. Hell the stock seats are damn good. The bars are to wide, low, and to far of a reach for me. Those will be changed. Very weird, but all the things i disliked about the harley really give it character compared to the strat. The clunky gearbox, the noisy engine, and the rickety suspension. The strat is a better rider bar none, but the harley had more character and was more thought out from a design stand point. There are things on the strat that just seem an after thought, that could have been done better. If harley could make the engine/gear box , and suspension like the strat or victory bikes, they would have a real winner. Although i still give the yamahas engine/gearbox more points over the victory
  5. picked up a second bike today. drove up to michigan to get this 2010 Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe. will be a great 2 up bike for those longs trips. The hyper will be my solo hooligan/track bike. got an amazing deal on it, and its got a few parts i wouldnt have added so that saved me some money as well. amazing motor in this thing.. 96hp and 124 ftlb better pics to come once i clean my damn pole barn up
  6. SC Project quality is top notch. Glad i went with it. If Arrow made a high mount i probably would have bought that though, just because i loved the one on my multi. But i am very happy with the SC on my hyper
  7. should have my "next bike" in the garage on saturday sitting next to my hypermotard

    Pole barn advice

Mines 30x48 with 8" concrete i believe. Steel building, steel roof, fully insulated and plywood interior walls. 4 big ass ceiling fans as well. Helps out alot to cool the place down. And will be very helpful in the winter to move the heat around as well.
  9. my Experience with Ask was good. i delt with Sandy at the grove city store. i will shop there again if need be. but i was looking at a used bike. and just so happens iron pony, and marysville honda both had the exact same bike, milage, year, color etc. but like i stated neither wanted to deal. so i took my business michigan. will be picking the bike up saturday. i would have bought from private owner, but couldnt find one for sale from a private owner.
  10. i have tried, tried, tried to give my business to central ohio dealers but they just absolutely will not work with customers. when i bought my multistrada, motohio didnt want to budge on price, i called northern ohio and got the price i wanted OTD over the phone within 10 min. when i bought my new hypermotard SP, same situation, i called motohio to see if they wanted my business, again they wouldnt budge off retail. called northern ohio ducati and within 10 min I'm at the OTD price i was wanting. now i look at a 2nd bike, and Marysville honda and iron pony both have the exact same bike. go to marysville first, and no go.. they have even had the bike for 527 days. and they wont budge. iron pony, not even close to what i wanted to pay for the bike i call a place in michigan, and again over the phone they agree to my OTD price. what gives? Central Ohio Dealers need to be competitive or they are gonna run themselves out of business.
  11. you might wanna do some research on that one. all the reviews i read say its a big piece of shit
  12. if so, whats your feedback, and compared to what.
  13. When i went last year to the private rental it was open track, varying skill levels from begginner to ama riders. No issues at all. I got passed alot by the advanced and ama guys, but they were clean passes. I wasnt worried a bit. We had zero crashes, and zero close calls. The people invited were trusted guys, and they hold their lines, no how to pass clean, and took everyone into consideration.
  14. that tenere is UGLY lol.. but cool ass bike. ive been kicking around the idea of a CRF250L
  15. Also know that those days in march, the AMA guys are there testing. It was packed last year the day before our private day
  16. 3 days there is 2 sets of tires if your running a good pace
  17. dude a trailtech vapor is like $99 youd have tach, speed, and coolant temp, plus ambeint air temp. IMO worth the money over a GPS and a stand alone tach.
  18. last march it was high 70s, low 80s i believe
  19. Did SC Project highmount, wrapped the entire exhaust, deleted the exhaust flapper and servo motor, ducee, SC Project AFM, and ducati touring windshield.
