I like the idea, and you don't see many around these days. Erik hit the downside exactly though, parts for the bike are scarce and expensive. If you're planning on making most stuff you might get by, but I'd make sure to check the voltage output to the battery as a stator for that thing will run you $500 and I don't know how easily you could make that. Plastics and tanks are WAY expensive too so consider that if you're going to spray-bomb it. If you pick up one with good condition stuff you might consider selling it and buying beat up stuff to paint.

I'm available Friday and Saturday. I have no specific knowledge of the Passat, but I can lend a hand where needed.

I've really been looking forward to this season and I can't wait for more. Although I must admit that I'm not a fan of Alonso (Little Miss Sunshine), I guess it gives me a good rivalry to root against. I'm also torn with him driving for Ferrari. I'm very pumped for Massa though I hope he comes back and kicks Alonso's ass this season. Bogey for Vettel, but I think he showed a lot holding on to 4th place. I think he's going to be a force this year and a strong candidate for the championship. Schumi will get up to speed, I wouldn't worry about him. I think he's trying to take it slow, and I'm not so sure that the Mercedes car is quite to the level of the Redbull or Ferrari teams.

I remember a time when a turbo rotary 510 was the Mount Everest of the tuner car world. I think Doc and Farkas have the best advice on them. Incredibly cool cars, but no way could you have it as anything but a toy, and for the money they bring these days I'd almost rather come up with the extra coin and buy/build a L28 240Z.

Still rockin' rotary here. Clean FC's are getting hard to find. I believe that Yassir has a really clean FC vert for sale on this site somewhere. You'll have to search for it though.

I've been listening to this album for some while now and I completely love it. Now I will preface with the fact that I'm a sucker for just about anything that The Black Keys do, but I feel this is a great collaboration. The album is The Black Keys mixing it up with 11 hip hop artists. Yep, he lives in Westerville. He's not on this site, but regularly does auto-x and drift events with the cars. He has a couple of clean e36 M3s that are his and his wife's DDs. The vette is very menacing in person.

wow....i'm jealous! I cannot afford to make going to the track as much of a priority as I'd like to right now, but hopefully some time down the road I will be able to. Nice choice on the e46 M3. I still call my brother's "The Hero Maker" cause I've never felt more confident in a car on track. If you haven't already bought the HANS you might also consider looking at the DefNder neck brace as it provides side impact protection for your neck similar to a halo seat would. PLEASE POST VIDEOS...that's about the only way I'll ever get to experience that many track days a year!

He was the main bad guy in the last Die Hard movie and has had a bunch of other roles such as in Gone in 60 Seconds. Plus, for any of you who watched Hung on HBO the main woman character is one of the hottest women from that show.
