  1. e36 M3 or e46 3 series can be had in nice shape below 10K these days.
  2. Jones, if you're going for the ultimate in trance female vocal songs. Always instantly takes me back to the good ol' days.
  3. love the song Genesis! I also like that Deadmau5 can do more laid back stuff too. Love this track when I'm at work. I remember
  4. He's one of my stations on Slacker. I think some of his stuff is pure brilliance. I will admit though that a small portion of his work is really only best suited for a club environment such as "The reward is more cheese" listed above. But for the most part I very much approve.
  5. so....from the sounds of the stories here, BMW has the ability to run double the miles as a GM when abused....HAHAHAHAA....I know I'll get flamed for that one. Those shots are gross as crap too. The sad part is that I've heard stories of oil related failure when people even stuck to BMW's "recommended" 15K intervals on some of their newer cars. It's a shame what the whole pre-paid maintenance craze did to great cars and car companies.
  6. do you know what size the monitor is? Any dead pixels or other problems?
  7. I have an uncrushed 1g DSM BOV. Looks just like this http://beesandgoats.com/boostfaq/dsmbov.jpg $25
  8. Pics look great as always Scott.
  9. Thought I'd bump this up. The movie finally got released everywhere and is showing at Easton currently. I saw it this weekend and very much enjoyed it.
  10. I ended up buying online from NewEgg which is way better than going out and standing in line wanting to kill everyone around you. Sharp 46" LCD. 1080p, 120hz, $699 plus $39 to ship....too hard to pass up. I really wanted a Toshiba, but couldn't pass that deal up.
  11. Let's hope it stays positive for them. I was really looking forward to another nice track within driving distance.
  12. Her name is Sadie. My wife and I are fostering her for stop the suffering. Unfortunately we're realizing that we don't have the time to dedicate to her like we wish we did. She is having some potty issues - can't always hold it in the crate while we're at work, and likes to mark in the house. We've been able to curb the marking by making sure that our dog is seen as the dominant one in the house (feeding him first, taking him out first, while she waits etc) as well as always keeping her in sight. With our schedules though we can't do much about her going in her crate while we're gone and don't see much of a way around it. She's about 60lbs, and has obvious rot coloring. She's a very mild and calm dog. She does love to play with our dog, but doesn't really get agressive ever, and she's very loving. She will literally follow me into any room I go to and lay down and wait for me to pet her. The agency has told us that she has very strong "prey" instincts with small animals, and that interaction with cats should be avoided at all costs. I've had her around my brother's yorkie for a week straight though and they loved each other, so small dogs are fine. Sadie needs someone who is looking for an older, calm dog that needs plenty of love. She would be perfect for an older person that doesn't necessarily work a full time schedule. Here is her page from Stop the Suffering. Anyone who adopts her would need to pay the associated fees thru them, but I can talk to them to see if there is any leeway on that. http://www.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=14497457 Please let me know if you can think of someone who would give her a good home. http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/068.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/069.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/070.jpg
  13. damnit if only it was an XL and road capable. My first bike ever was a XL 175 and I'd love to have another to just putt around on around town. Any pics?
  14. I bought an 03 636 brand new and loved that bike. STRONG motors for 600s too, mine with pipe, filter, and PCIII put down 112 to the rear wheels. Great brakes too. As mentioned if you don't think you'll ever want to ride it on the street then do race plastics and keep the stockers for resale or sell them to fund more toys. Think hard about that though cause sometimes it's nice to be able to "shakedown" any changes you've made by riding it around on the street a bit. I'm talking about just making sure things are tight and working mind you...not attacking off ramps or something. When I tracked my 636 I felt I got some of the best money out of these mods: Stainless brake lines (Look at Speigler as they offered a true 2 line setup for the front) and good track pads, Race Tech gold valves for the front forks, Ohlins rear shock. All and all, not a ton of money spent and it made the bike feel great and very confidence inspiring. Let me know if you've got any other questions on the bike.
  15. HAHA. I hadn't even noticed on the first one. I swapped it out with a different version of the pic.
  16. ^^just means I'm smooth. HAHAHA
  17. As Andy mentioned, when it was tuned it made 328whp. I didn't tune for the w/i so it's likely a bit less than that now, but not much. Absolutely full of fuel (20 gal tank) and without me in it it weighs 2800 flat. I've thought about alternatives to the hood pins, but at this point I think it's about as good as it's gonna get. I should have bought the stock hood back off of the original owner, but I knew I would track the car and wanted the vented hood for that. Could be worse I suppose.
  18. Thanks fellas. We only live like 2 miles from each other. I just got done winterizing it, but I'll make sure to give you a ride next spring. oh and Paul. I'm faster on a bike, Andy's faster in a car....but that's purely due to him cheating with superior equipment.
  19. Edited the pics in the first post to put the correct ones with Scott's border on them. My wife had accidentally loaded up the wrong photos for me, and I certainly want to give credit where it's due. Here are some additional ones that I enjoyed. http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0336copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0275copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0310copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0343copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0493copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0501copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0508copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0513copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/IMG_0524copy.jpg http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z56/kutschca/Sample2.jpg
  20. Merely your opinion Ben, you should see some of these housewives giving me the EYEBALLZ....HAHAHA.
  21. That's what you think! Full time means we're going to have to renegotiate my contract rate
  22. Nice intro, and welcome to the site. So is there a story behind being called the beer man?
  23. I'm merely there as a contractor, so I still consider the work Andy's.
  24. I'll try to remember mods off the top of my head. I'm sure there's a bunch of little stuff I'll miss. Motor: Stock twins sequential at 13-14psi, Apexi Power FC, Full 3" exhaust (back section is a HKS Hyper), PFS SMIC, Custom intakes, Coolingmist water injection, Crooked Willow dual Mocal oil coolers with carbon ducts, Fluidyne radiator. Suspension/drivetrain: Stock sways with Widefoot mounts, Ground Control Advance Design double adjustable shocks with Eibach springs (600/450), Adjustable rear toe arms, ACT superlite flywheel and clutch, 13" 2 piece front rotors with Willwood Superlite 2A calipers, wheels are SSR Comps 17x8 & 17x9.5 with 245/275 tires. Body wise the only change is the hood which was made by Karbonlite, I'm not a big fan of it honestly, but it's a necessary evil in my opinion to keep temps down. Interior is pretty much stock except for a boost gauge on the a-pillar, the PFC commander is mounted in the center console in place of where the ash tray used to be, and it has factory R1 "suede" seats.
  25. p.s. He does a GREAT job on the interiors....HAHAHAHAHA
