  1. BTW I have a Wii Key I'll sell you for $50 if you're interested Joe.
  2. I will be very civil aobut this, but I would like a better explanation on how it was "fully registered" in Ohio?

    E-46 M3?

Dover, if you already have a fast toy I'd lean more towards the M3. If you get the Z06 you're really risking getting caught up with the mod-fever again and you'll find yourself with 2 similar purpose cars. Ultimately if you've never driven one, you need to go find a couple and test drive them to see what you like the most.

    E-46 M3?

sorry for the confusion, i was saying that the Z06 would get better mileage.

    E-46 M3?

well, it certainly fits the bill for that, but so does the Z06, and it'll get better mileage on the highway trips. Question is, are you going to need to fill a trunk for those long trips?

    E-46 M3?

They're great cars. What are you looking for in a car? I wouldn't buy one if you into drag racing with it.
  7. nice burnout, but maybe next time don't give the camera to the guy with Parkinsons
  8. do you have a set of house rules?
  9. you have zero worth to add to this thread....you're trolling.
  10. Lizard, at this point you're doing nothing more than trolling this thread. You can feel good about yourself that you have the last word. I would appreciate it if you would leave now. This thread was started to gauge people's interest as to if they would like to see Pony take over the 3 lines that MOC has, and it's turned into a complete shitfest thanks to you.
  11. how many more times would you like to say that? Do you just enjoy repeating hypothetical situations? I appreciate your input and would like you to not continue. Thank you. If someone were to back out of a business deal based solely on the fact that it was spread on the internet (which details of the deal were not, just the fact that it might happen)...then they would be a poor businessman anyway. If the deal doesn't go through then it's because of something else.
  12. I have made no statements as to what's been discussed on the Pony side of things. I have no input from the pony side of things as I do not know anyone there high enough that it could be considered good information. You're the one who said that you have connections there and they have not heard anything. Their making an offer to buy the business is not a rumor, the rumor is to whether or not the two sides will actually reach an agreement. As to people getting fired for the sole reason of this information getting out, I HIGHLY doubt that. Everyone that might have quit at MOC after hearing this news has already heard it before I ever put it out here. I did not post this up when I first heard the news either. I also think you're grasping for air on the argument that Pony would back out of the deal because it was "leaked" on an internet forum. If the deal doesn't go through I'm sure it's for much more sound reasons than that. You even stated yourself that the idea of buying MOC has been thrown around for quite some time, I heard that for a long time, even after they finalized the Yamaha deal. I'm merely pointing out that it's gone further than just an idea and actual action has been taken to try to make it happen.
  13. I would also appreciate it if you wouldn't insinuate that my thread here will get people fired or cause them to quit. I can see zero negative impact to the current employees of Pony by them reading this, and this news will not come as a surpise to any of the MOC staff.
  14. Lizard. Yes they have told the employees. Yes they had a meeting to tell them that there are active negotiations to buy the business that they are currently entertaining. The CFO of MOC is in town from Florida this week meeting with people from Pony, so I'm doubting it's just some sort of backlash rumor. You're correct that the way the dealership is run is less than ideal and that's being nice, but I can assure you that 100% they have told the employees (at least the management) that they are in negotiations on the deal. They've even discussed term periods of employment under the new ownership.
  15. They're trying to buy the dealership...not the building....they want to sell Honda/Kaw/Suzuki
  16. you're going to need to narrow down what model of RHD car you're interested in. In the FD world you cannot legally bring a RHD version to the US and title it. There are tons of loopholes and "tricks", but in the end it's not above the table. That certainly does not apply to all cars, and there are some that are legally able to be imported (R32 Skyline comes to mind), but I'm willing to bet you'll find just as many different stories and shady characters as the people who post on Rx7club each week wanting to know how they can title their new JDM Rhd car that their uncle is importing or what not.
  17. you're correct that the deal certainly isn't inked, but yes, I'm sure they've told the employees. I used to work at MOC. Actually back when I liked working for a bike shop it was Classic Cycles way back when. I used to work with ZeroCrash there and we both loved it before it was bought and turned into MOC. I still regularly keep in touch with a couple of the guys that work there. So my source is from 2 employees whom are managers at the store. I can see your point about conjecture and I didn't mean to imply that the deal was as done as Yamaha, but I'm certianly not telling something that I heard from some dude who knows a guy. I just thought I'd get peoples opinions on here because that reception will likely affect who continues to stay there as you've stated.
  18. They already bought Yamaha of Columbus if that's what you're referring to. This deal is definitely not done, but their respective finance persons are at the dealership this week trying to put the deal together.
  19. TRUE. I can see many many many downsides to buying MOC, but if they can put the right deal together hopefully it'll work out.
  20. You're correct that the deal is not inked yet, but it's gone far enough that they've told the employees of the dealership and the respective financial people for both parties are at the dealership this trying to put the deal together.
  21. Not positive on that one. I've heard that they'll have to keep it at Morse Rd for one year as part of the existing OEM contracts, but I'm not sure on the details. I'd imagine the final plan would be to move all 4 lines to the store on Westerville Rd, it's certainly big enough.
  22. I'm doing well....just working and trying not to go broke....same old same old.
  23. I figured. I just wanted to make the clarification for everybody since there seemed to be some confusion with the other thread.
  24. How you been brother? I figured you'd heard this already, but it's gone far enough that they announced it to the employees last week.
