  1. As was said before its not power ranger colors and its not red and silver or blue and silver or black and silver or green and green and yellow and red and more red. its different and different is mostly good. Id buy it and Rock the shit out of it because in essence dont all of us ( but the girls on here) want to ride a smoking hot chick and a fast bike? lol puts a whole new meaning to "Crotch Rocket" Two very good things that go together well i think.

  2. It would be better for all of us if you just sat at home and watched your Harley xr1200 races on tv or youtube with porn in another tab or window on your computer.

The event has to take place somewhere to be televised or on u tube and what better place then a race track where there are other road racers present to make a larger crowd for more money to the promoters who pay the winners payout for your kind of racing! Its a group effort whether you like it or not its still racing that someone is interested in. Get over yourself and let others play along! it will make it better for all in the end.

  3. You know what thats the most valid point you've made in this entire thread. Nascar fans don't see the busch series as a waste of time and engergy cause its still a car making left hand turns for the race distance. So they are content to call that racing, same as their beloved Nascar.

The art behind any sportbike road racing event are the high speeds, cornering dragging a knee and existing the corner faster than they entered. Thats what we all wish to accomplish and thats why we enjoy watching sportbike road racing. There is no art form behind going around in a circle for hours (Nascar racing), and thats exactly what a Harley XR1200 class will be lacking and won't bring to the table of an AMA road race.

Bogging down the back straight...still bogging down the back straight...heavy on the brakes...entering turn... you get my point.

Take the MOTO GT class they conjured up this season, Fuckin Lame, may have not been so bad if they weren't out there for two hours. Who was watching them for more than 10 mins anyways? We didn't pay for that and alot of people simply decided not to pay for that this year at Mid-O and other ama events. In the past there was more track time from bikes we actually wanted to watch even if they were just practicing. With a harley class added there will be even less track time for the bikes we pay to see and will result in a even bigger drop in attendance.

Keep the harleys on the dirt tracks.

Nascar is just as much racing as drag racing, but you wouldnt think that because there are no corners on the track? i prefer road racing but i wouldnt deprive someone of support because i dont like motorcycles that dont turn worth a damn! You just have your racing head up your ass and dont care what it is because its not racing unless its your kind of racing?

  4. OK is this why my female friends ask me if I'm a lesbian? I talk about and bikes all the time. And cars. And trucks.

I didn't get the memo that I was supposed to tune him out when he started talking about motorized apparatuseseses.

Edit: I do like the Boulevard M109, but I worry about the weight. But I'll pass on the V Strom

You arent a lesbian (send video proof ) lol!!! but you, like my GF are about 20 percent of the womenhood who actually want to know how things work and give thoughfull and sometimes insightfull verbage on vehicular travel apparati. You are rare and your words are cherished! lol Yay to the mechwoman.

  5. o man that be great what are they goin for anything better than what i got cant ride casue back tire is thinning out big time front actually ok but not tryin to mis match if i dont have to lol...

vector sorry didnt mean to thread highjack just posted with your post needin some tires as well lol

Its cool no hijacking thought of. as i said its for all us poor cheap bastards trying to find tires.

  6. Going for the chrome, hot girls, or just the beer thats in the hot girls... we all love some sort of racing! get over yourself and take the time at the track that u dont want to watch a hardley race and concentrate on the beer in the hot girls some more. I seriously doubt that most nascar fans as hillbilly as they are look at busch racing as a waste of time and energy or how about the school bus races! To each his or her own and get over yourself. find something else to do and stop bitching cause someone is using your track for something other than racing your type of vehicle.

  7. Ok did the searchy thing and found diddly and one response (thank you) got me nadda. Looking for a set of takeoffs 120/70zr-17 and a 180/55zr-17. Obviously the newer and the cleaner the better but that really goes without saying. NEED TIRES.. HELP!! PM me or Mr Bret and ill get back to u in less than 24 hrs. Thank u soooo much. When u are done racing a set post them up cause me or some other poor bastard will prolly be looking again soon. Thx:(

  8. Quote: "The Ninja program would be aimed at 12-15 or perhaps 13-15," he said. "I'm not sure yet because it depends on the attitudes of the insurance companies. It will absolutely be an entry level age group."

Oh God!!! That would be so boring! Watching kids ride around a track on a kawi 250 would just be horrible. The agony of it all. ENTRY LEVEL RACING!?!? NOBODY WANTS TO SEE THAT!!! They should also ban people under the age of 16 from the AMA because they dont have enough pubic hair and have too many pimples.

  9. Roger, you're a fuckin' reatrd. Shit like this makes me wanna cancel my AMA membership - I'm to embarassed to belong to a group that has this fuckwit as it's leader.

The 883 class years ago sucked balls and the 1200 class wouldn't be any different. HD riders don't go to roadraces - never have and never will. They're more interested in putting fringe on their bikes and drinking Coors Light all day.

Thats like saying that nobody that owns a lawnmower goes to lawnmower races cause those lawnmowers dont have cupholders! ITS FUCKING RACING!!! Any racing on two wheels should be supported by the AMA because its on two wheels! Thats what they are there for and why im a member. If YOU dont want to be an American Motorcyclists Association Member because thats to broad a category then cancel your membership and become an American Sportbike Racing In The Midwest On Avon Tires with Yellow Paint member. Till someone starts that group ( you can steal the name if u like) and u can become a member of the A.S.R.I.T.M.O.A.T.W.Y.P. then i guess you are with us for a while, H-D fringe all the way to guys in bright yellow riding suits.

  10. My guess would be fuel because it would start backfiring if it was timing and it could be that the float bowls are running dry. once they get close the bike would sputter and then shut off until the bowls filled up. i had a pocket bike that was doing the same thing and it was the fuel shut off valve. could be a clogged fuel filter or a clogged line or petcock on yours. The floats could be set too low causing it to run out of gas at heavy throttle.

  11. I just bought a cbr and i could use some parts but not really required. if i could find some good cheap parts that are used then i will make it worth my time to buy them and put them on. dig through the garage and let me know if you have something. looking for stock parts right now but if its a good price then i might go for it. post up what you have. thx

  12. Damn dude why u gotta go and call us the gixxers of the cruiser world because there is like 5 of us on the site mang? The shadow has been the winner in the cruiser lineup for a long time! As they say at Taco Bell... Theys da shnizzle! 30000 miles or so on a 1993 and still runs great and no leaks here. glad to see another rider with more brains than money. welcome

I call bullshit and if its real no one could ride the shiny piece of shit. if you twisted the throttle you would fall over from the torque. there is a reason why every bike made in the last 20 years except by bmw has the engine mounted transverse rather than inline. think about how a camaro or a mustang torque when you rev the engine. you would have to have a counter shaft which is how i think bmw does it, Most dont do it cause its extra weight for no reason. please tell me if im wrong.... what am i saying of course you will. lol

  14. The only benefit of any plug out there over your plugs is that they are new. Multi-electrode plugs only block the flame front and when the flame fronts hit each other it causes detonation. Thats the worst thing in a high performance engine like a sport bike with 11.5 to one compression. The only thing i have seen make a difference that is somewhat noticable (on a dyno) is changing the placement of the side or ground electrode by clocking the plug by using spark plug washers of different thicknesses. its only maybe a half of a horsepower per cylinder on large engines so maybe a 2 hp difference on a sportbike. it also takes multiple plugs to get the right depth once u change the washer thickness. its a pain for little gain. not worth it for a street bike.
