  1. http://www.indysuperbike.com/customer/product.php?productid=114070&cat=26622&page=1 $258 I got a few parts from there. I got a Sportech Windscreen and UPS broke it 2x on delivery. They shipped them out until I got a good one no questions asked.
  2. I was doing the dropped/lowered coverage with Progressive for 4 years. It was costing me around 600-800/yr even with doing this, and SF only wanted $586 for the full year coverage. I switched to SF because of that, I didn't have to call to change my coverage for a day if I wanted to go out, and it was a combo discount when I rolled my truck and house into it.
  3. Bleh, I'm paid up until Septermber on the bike...but I know I am going to eat it with the claim from last August.
  4. +2 for Malware. Helped me clear up the 2009 Antivirus "Virus" with Vundo and other lovelies.

  7. 44 Hours is my record, but I did 41.5 hours last Thursday into Friday. I got up at 5:30am for work and then worked 7a to 3p. Killed some time and left for my cousins house about 5pm. Stayed up and we left around Midnight for Lake Cumberland to go striper fishing, getting there about 6:20am. Fished from 7a-1pm and then got some food. I drove us back from just a bit South of Lexington to Waverly and dropped everyone off. Drove back solo to Canal and got to bed around 11pm ish.
  8. Nod, I got most of my new gear already...and I know several others have gotten new gear also. With the STT schedule out, we need to pick a date or post some vote/polls up on what people would like the most so we can plan ahead.
  9. I'm in for this, got approved for 2 days off from work

    Taken

I "got" Gran Torino on my pc when it came out and was very good. Just got Taken, so time to get some dinner and kick back!
  11. +1 too that. Thanks for going out Moose! We hit 674 South from Canal to 188 East towards Lancaster. Got on the 33 bypass to Coonpath Rd for gas(for me). Then East to 158 North into Baltimore and 204 back to Pick-Town and home. Not sure how much rain we will get tonight/tomorrow but at least it might get the salt off the roads. There is still a fair amount of sand in the middle, so keep that in mind. Heres to hoping for tomorrow!
  12. I was thinking of just going around Canal/Pick, maybe down 674 and back or something. Say 4ish? Meeting point to be determined, or we can do this tomorrow as we have more preplanning.
  13. 2nd that. I'm going to hold off at 1pm since its still cool. Will check back later when it warms up some. And look forward to tomorrow if the roads are dry.
  14. +1 to that. I went to Lancaster to see a friend around 4 and 30-45min was cool.
  15. So how long were you looking to be out and where? Its still a little cool outside.
  16. I am up for it if your going, or if anyone else is.
  17. I went today for about 1hr, wasn't too bad but definitely some salt/sand to watch out for. Tomorrow should be good, but rain on Tues morning=wet roads=bad juju!
  18. I will probably see about Monday or Tuesday.
  19. Once, late last year(4th year riding) and would be my fault. I was by myself and figured I was good as I had cleared the fog that left visibility at 30yds. I was on the way to work on I-70 West coming up to Miller Kelton. I needed to merge 1 lane right to get onto 670W so I glanced right to make sure it was clear. Before I could get look back ahead of me, everyone decided they wanted to stop for no reason. I managed to get the bike as far as I could right to avoid it, but no dice. Clipped the left edge of the bike on his bumper/brake light, and my knee into his metal bumper (Denting the metal). I stayed on the bike and coasted until I could get off the road. (Bike damage: Plastic Front, Left Middle/Lower, Tank Cover, and minor clip/dent on radiator(Missed frame/subframe!) Me: bruised knee cap and large scrape down my shin from the peg.
  20. As much as I hate to simpy use and not buy. You can always go to the Iron pony and try on a suit. I did that to figure out that I was a 48US/58 Euro.
  21. Tried them many years ago and didn't like them. Had mine rolled in flower/salt etc and fried in a pan or baked in the oven. Was too tough and did not like taste. It has a very "gamey" taste.
  22. I went with the GP Plus gloves for a the extra minor extra protection vs cost. Just make sure you fit them on before ordering. In another post, I said I am a 3XL glove in these, where I am normally a XL. Head to Iron Pony and figure everything out. I bought my stuff there as it was the same price as SPTG.
  23. Beat ya to this topic! http://www.ohio-riders.net/showthread.php?t=19729
  24. .22's are a bit low for that. We typically use a .22-250, .270 or .308 with a 12 gauge back up. Overkill maybe.....but you have the range to reach out and touch him or defend at close range. Hurt rabbit calls, turkey maybe and some fresh blood on the ground for scent is good. Go out rabbit hunting and wack one before hand or a squirrel.
