You aren't lumped into the same group as Hell's Angels - they were badass... What you guys do is create vids of riding recklessly on public roads and trying to get a lot of attention doing it. Personally, I don't care about what you do, but when you go public and allow the world to see it, do you think it is unfair at what people say in terms of what they feel? Seriously? Put it in perspective - you guys DO ride beyond your abilities. You can blame it on others, but there's enough proof out there to show you guys are somewhat irresponsible. I applaud people telling you it isn't a smart thing to do and that they don't like having their group name attached to it. Sure, by default of joining this site, you are an "Ohio Riders rider", but in the end, what this site and the majority of the people on it represent isn't what you guys are all about. If you think we need to not complain and moan about what you do, just don't post vids and pics of you doing stupid stuff... Of course, I think it is rather funny that you post all these videos and there becomes proof of how you ride and then you defend it... Look, like Yota stated - we all have done or do stupid stuff. I'm by NO means an exception. Of course, I try and learn from it and I certainly don't video tape myself and post it on the web for all to see... Nice try in an effort to spin it around where we try and make you look like the bad guy, but in the end, you reap what you sow...

I agree on posting who it is from. I got the same stuff and think it is spineless to not include a name. Now, if I can get my so called "buddies" to quit having fun, it might be better... But, I agree with you on this topic.

Some pics as the suit is. I thought it being new and supplying a link would be enough, but some are asking so, here goes... My name is on the suit and it is glued on and then stitched. I have glue remover sticks I will supply to allow you to remove it. Again, brand new...

The events are run by STT and organized by STT. Being that Mid-Ohio wants to control the cash flow of sorts (A way to look at it...), we as STT instructors treat it 100% as if it were any other STT event. Thus, no membership needed, but you get 100% of the same track day experience that you'd get anywhere else. I'm bias, but our Mid-Ohio staff is one of the best staff groups in the family of STT events... You want help? Just ask.

It's pretty typical in a group that does that stuff. They act like they are overly anxious for some reason. NEVER a good mix. They look better in the second video, but the camera guy was riding like an idiot for some reason. Maybe to get vid of the front guys? I don't know, but if it all has to be filmed in the first 3 miles quickly, what's the point?? They looked like they were having fun, but I would have tried to get away quickly to avoid possible carnage...

Hope that helps a tad. Overall, Mid-Ohio is close and offers a great platform by which to learn. Trust me when I say (and this isn't insulting as I myself have yet to do it) that you will probably never "master" Mid-Ohio. There's so much to learn and a lot of the track is helpful in getting to the next level of riding whether that is from Novice to Intermediate, Intermediate to Advanced or even Advanced to race level... It has something for everyone...

Pretty fair deal as they come new at about $575. Even though they now come with three high cap. mags, it isn't that much a better deal. I'd say $475 is a GREAT price considering it really hasn't even been shot much... I'll pass it on to a buddy that might be interested...

Oh, and for anyone wanting some tips... When leaning your body off in a road race pose in the corners, get those chicken wings in - you should put the balls of your feet on your pegs instead of having your toes sticking out so much. One grab onto the pavement and you'll see why. Not leaning too much in the vids, but the idea is that you can control the bike better if the balls of your feet are on the pegs...

Line crossing and riding in packs nose to tail with no rhyme or reason... Exactly one reason why I don't ride street anymore... Why do you guys insist on riding so damn close to one another?

Huh? His passing completion % was close to the same, but honestly, you think Boeckman is as good as Pryor? He doesn't deserve it - Pryor deserves the job because OVERALL, he's a better QB. If OSU would get over trying to have two QBs and use them like they do, they could have built the offense around Pryor 100% and his style. They could have been KILLER with Wells and Pryor in there 100%. Every time they put in Boeckman, he was pressured and didn't move around. Sacked, stiff, and at the end of the day, all he did was gun it long yards in a feeble attempt at getting a big gain. Crap.

Man, I really try to be a fan of OSU, but every time I try, they show me why I can't be. Few things from an armchair perspective: 1) Truss needs to be taken into the office and told that if he doesn't change his coaching style, he's out. No matter what amount is left on contract. He's too nice, too gentle. It's like his balls haven't fallen down yet... 2) Truss again, but more specific... Truss needs to realize that just because he's got a QB that is a Senior, doesn't mean he HAS to play. There's a thing in ANY sport called rhythm. Go 1st and 2nd down and then put a different QB in there and it is not only tough for that QB, but tough on the first guy to come back on 3rd and long and try to make something happen. Pryor is simply a better QB. He's a legit Freshman and while his completion % was similar to Boeckman's, Pryor can move, can run, can do about everything Boeckman cannot. Why there is this need to try and get playing time for a guy simply because he's a Senior is Pee Wee league crap. People have to win, people have to lose. Pryor is a better QB than Boeckman and therefore, tough luck for Boeckman, but he should sit vs. playing - especially this mixing them in crap... 3) Play calls. 3rd and long and Truss runs it up the middle. 4th and short yards in Texas territory and they go for 3 instead only to miss. They gave the ball away anyways and the reality is that they could have used Pryor to get that 3 yards and the 1st down. In the end, Truss is a pussy. He's too conservative, too gentle a coach and WAY too concerned about giving fair time to those that are seniors or could be offended to being replaced by someone better. That's life - we all are up for replacement. Again, some win, some lose. Build on what you have and move forward instead of holding things back in an effort to be "fair"... Rant over.

Oh, and I actually do have one of my first race suits from back then... I'm an idiot, though...

Thing is, though that Vesrah actually makes a lot of OEM filters for the Japanese. Also, have enough hours running Vesrah filters, gaskets, clutches, brake pads, etc to know their stuff is some, if not THE best out there...

These threads turn out to be a deal where 100 people will have 100 different answers. Use a good quality oil from the likes of Repsol, Maxima, Motul, etc. and you'll be fine. Don't really fall for the Amsoil sales pitches. They'd be used by more top teams and privateers if they were as good as they say. They're good, but not head and shoulders over others as they claim. OEM filters are a great idea as they are designed for any particular motor being used. There are GREAT alternatives like Vesrah, etc... To each their own, but in the end, it is your decision and your decision alone.

Or, if you want (I'd prefer) to, they are at Iron Pony and you can give the money to Justin or Nick and they can help you get them off the manequin. I do have PayPal, though...
