GSXR1000. Ex-Vesrah GSXR. About 185-190 rwhp depending on what dyno you run it on, I guess. Neato things: -Full gas charged for internals. -Yosh EM Pro kit (ECU, Wiring harness, traction control, quick shifter, etc.). -FULL Superstock engine build. Want something similar? Contact Reuben Frankenfield at www.35motorsports.com and he can build you one with exact or better specs.

  5. The fact that I do over 20 plus track days and most years at least 1-3 races (retired), I guess track. I do get a lot of seat time on the street riding some cool bikes now and again. But, I don't get to do any real street riding with a group of buddies, etc. Just get to try out the newer machines when they come out and such...
  6. Weren't you on a tear trying to find this thing? Why are you getting rid of it so quickly? Bring it Tuesday. If it fits well enough, I'll buy it...
  7. Any word on these? I have my picture set up done. Needing to know where to send, etc...
  8. You're right - not as nice as a V-Twin.. Better than.
  9. Intake valves are the worry on Hondas. They will eventually get tougher to start as time goes on and the valves wear. Remember, when replacing valves (you're not at that point), you need to do the other stuff like springs, keepers, etc.... Exhaust being a little loose is something you can change and get into spec a lot closer, but it will not be as big of an issue. I would get them to .012, though.
  10. Man, it is close. That 2" could be an issue if you are a regular build body-wise. You are welcome to try it on and decide. I'd say it would be boarderline as the inseam is probably too short. Understand a few things - the shoulder comments are due to the fact that a race suit shouldn't be baggy or loose. A lot of street guys hate tight - it is better tight than loose as in a crash, a loose suit can roll and move around pulling the armor away from the areas it is supposed to protect. I was supported by Joe Rocket and had a highside where the suit rolled in the forearm. Result was a fractured elbow and me hanging the suit up for good as they are junk. Free is great, but free that sucks and doesn't protect isn't... I bought a new suit for the remaining season... Anyways, this suit is also built to be comfortable in the tuck position. In the article I provided, you hear the guy state it wasn't something that caused a distraction while he was riding. So, when trying it on, get into a squat and extend the arms to see how it feels. It should feel good in that position. While standing straight up and down, it will have a tight feeling in the arm pits and crotch due to the cut of the suit... Just some 411...
  11. Here's a good review on the suit with pics of the exact color I have... http://www.motorcycledaily.com/02june06_sr1review.htm
  12. Nah, this has been up for sale well before that. Of course, I very well might put it towards it, though...
  13. SOLD the used one so, this one is going to be a back up suit. Sorry...
  14. Must...have...this... I gotta sell some shit, but I am interested... Of course, I have to say it isn't something I need so, sell it if you can, but JESUS that thing is the shit!
  15. Is $170 a fair price? I need these gone, folks...
