I made it past the first round of interviews for Season 1 (the team being my dad and I in my Grand National), but after seeing Season 1, I'm really glad I didn't get passed the second round of interviews.

Yep. Zero raise last year (but I survived the layoffs), in fact we took a pay cut. And likely a zero raise this year. Though, they did retract the pay cut, so it's like getting a raise - back to the salary we were all supposed to have.

This year, my raise will be triple what my last year raise was.
