  1. Yea, I'm sure they got right on that. It'll never happen to YOUR kid again, because its done and over with. They told you want you wanted to hear as a parent, and said they're sorry. That's all they really have to ever do, no real repercussions for their improper handling of this event.
  2. Hat thieves and pizza money embezzlement? WTF kinda camp are you sending your kid to?
  3. How does your husband/boyfriend like his Shadow?
  4. And with a guy your size, where his ankles might as well be his knees; that's sayin' something

  6. Just get a CanAm Spyder RT with a trailer and get it over with

  8. I'm not hatin'... I'm a former hillbilly with hillbilly roots. It just makes me chuckle. You can take the billy outta the hills, but you can't take him outta his sister... or something, I forget how that phrase goes.
  9. I think it's funny that a classy night out for MT means "jeans and a belt"
  10. I only buy tires with the most aggressive tread pattern possible. Slicks* *Not recommended for people who live life MORE than a 1/4 mile at a time
  11. Sorry, my sidecar is getting painted. It was supposed to be done 8 weeks ago, but now I don't know when I'll get it back. /free bump with a post that's as helpful as the ones above it.
  12. This came across my motorcycle USA news feed earlier as well... Who's got the real dirt on AMA vs. VIR?
  13. The one by Applebees is the Lex-Springmill location.
  14. Why bother doing ANYTHING more to it? Just sell it as is, and get what you can get. A $100 CD player isn't going to make or break someone buying a car like that and putting one in themselves if they REALLY have to have it.
  15. Belville would be the I-71/Rt 97 exit area... that's a more "countrified" atmosphere. I guess it depends on what you're looking for Lex-Springmill -- city of Ontario, very retail area (food, shops, etc -- longer commute to the track) I-71/Rt 13 -- Lexington (they have a Walmart and some food establishments, decent area, closer to the track) I-71/Rt 97 -- Belville area, probably as close to MidOhio as I-71/Rt 13, but it's farm country out there, so you're driving if you need supplies or to hit up some food places (likely heading into Lexington). It's just all those areas are nicer then Rt 30/Trimble IMHO, but whatever works for you. Some people prefer to get into the grittier areas for a myriad of reasons, I'm not judging, but if you'd like somewhere nicer than where you did stay... those areas above would be better.

I don't think this thread is going to stay on track very long, nor will it end well.
  17. Trimble and 30... unless it's exorbitantly more expensive, I'd suggest going one more exit west to Lex-Springmill next time. Or the I-71 / Rt 13 area.
  18. Swiffer refills? If you're a real baller, you could see about finding her a used Dyson at a garage sale.
  19. A month? You should get her some laundry detergent. If she doesn't get the hint and your whites aren't their whitest, dump her.
  20. I'd have to gain another 50lbs before I worry about my ass making the 'busa look small
