  1. I don't have the panel space and it's more costly in the long run.
  2. I was told by an independent plumber to stay away from heat pump water heaters. He said that he had a few customers with them and they are always breaking down. So, I don't know. I have well water and a water softener. Because of that, the anode rod causes the water to smell like sulfur. I have 2 options, buy one without the rod, or buy one with and then remove the rod. If I remove the rod, it will void the warranty of the heater, so I'd rather buy one without.
  3. Got your text and replied.
  4. I need some recommendations on electric water heaters. I currently have a Rheem that's 43 years old. It still functions, but I think it's time to replace it. I have been reading reviews on Rheems from the Home Depot site, but the reviews are all over the place. I'm going to install it myself, so I can either order online or pick it up in the store. I'd just like to get another one that will last. I'm hoping some of you have experience with water heaters and can give me some to look at. Requirements: Electric 50 gallons No anode rod Energy efficient, meaning < $500 annually Tall Brass Drain Valve TIA for the suggestions.
  5. I love tattoos and have several myself. This is cool and I like the meaning behind it, but I'd be pissed at the "artist" for not making sure the puzzle piece looks like it should fit in that spot.
  6. Meh. Just boring to me. I'm ready for some football!!!
  7. Good question. I'll have to check after I get home from CF tonight.
  8. If you weren't in Hilliard, I'd sell it to you. LoL. jk. Maybe we could meet up? LMK.
  9. I have a yard sweeper that came with the mower I bought 3 years ago. Both the mower and yard sweeper were used when I got them. The current condition is how it was when I bought it from the previous owner. It has rips in the upper corners, but since yard debris doesn't settle there, it's really not an issue. It just doesn't look pretty. It folds up for convenient storage. I have used it a couple times and never had an issue. The height of the sweep is adjustable. Now that I have my yard under control, I have no use for it. $50 obo. http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_180018_zpsr2ptghgw.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_180107_zpsatcgwpad.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_180339_zpsgzama8eh.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_180408_zps3cnm8cjb.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_180214_zpswvpdwgks.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_180156_zpsbugk1nkv.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_180249_zpsf5sb2ghh.jpg
  10. It's a small kid's bike. Training wheels included. It's in decent shape. Handle grips are a little worn as are the training wheels, but everything is still completely operational. The kid hasn't ridden it in 3 years. $25 obo. http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_175022_zpsorwfdw2g.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_175132_zps2ndzvejp.jpg
  11. Of the battery operated kind... My in-laws got this for the kid 2 years ago and she was basically too old to ride it at that time, but she wanted it and you know how grandparents are. She rode it a few times 2 years ago and it sat in my garage ever since. I charged it last weekend and it still works like a champ. It has 2 forward gears and reverse. Shows little wear. There is still a lot of life left in this. Asking $100. http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_174058_zps4skpm1ii.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_174143_zpslvykafkb.jpg http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii316/OsuSully/Mobile%20Uploads/20160619_174042_zpsj0jggw7h.jpg
  12. This is right up my alley... Just wish it wasn't a contract position.
  13. I have been really busy lately, so I'm not sure on the details of this or what it means because I haven't had time to really read up on it, so... could someone break this down for me? What has sparked this? Why is it happening? What does this mean for them and their future?

    Sorry Lebroney

I didn't watch a single game. The NBA is full of overpaid crybabies.
