Ugh, sorry to hear. I throw mine out weirdly every so often and it’s debilitating. Have you tried hanging in an inversion table? Probably not going to help the rupture but may help the bulging disc‘s slide back into position. My buddy has a real nice one and whenever I screw my back up I go hang in that thing and it does wonders

Please? The bubbys are trying to put together some route ideas for a long weekend in the boonies. Will probably meet at the fishin shack in Beverly and cross into wv at Marietta. Want to check out new river gorge area but no real itinerary as of now. Give us suggestions for routes, points of interest, eats and places to stay.

I thought it was around the same size as mine. May just throw the bike in the back of the truck and roll. Not like I haven’t done it before. That Subaru is awful comfortable for traveling though.

You got a small one I can pull behind the Subaru? My 7 x 12 is total overkill & sticks out 3 feet on each side. I know you have one just couldn’t remember what size

Stopped at the pony to look at IXS jackets to match the cheap ixs pants I bough a few weeks ago. Ended up with a 3 season textile jacket ($79), 2 sets of nice ixs rain gear ($23/ea) and a new Nolan N104 Absolute Helmet ($69) for da wife for a a touch over $200!
