What's going on here is that not only do parents not beat their kids ass when they need it, but they're also afraid of hurting the little shits feelings so they cave on all their touchy feely time out bullshit and don't discipline the brats at all. 250R? 2smoke? If so, it's worth fixing and selling if the frame is straight and the rest isn't LBTS. 250R's are still very popular units. If it's a 250 4 stroke, junk it.
