  1. My dream bike that I never had from the 1970;s.... The Maico 400 was the shit back in the day and you rarely saw them at local races as they we're so expensive. Radial fin heads, conical hubs, FMS and all sorts of cool shit. I watched Heikki Mikola race one at the Trans-AMA races at Honda Hills around 1974 or so. He was hauling the mail until is front spokes blew apart on the creek crossing on the back section of the track.
  2. I raced these back when I was younger as well. If it was a wet race or you crossed a creek during the race, you had no brakes until they dried out ..... if they dried out. The shocks did kinda suck, but we didn't have many man made jumps back then so it wasn't that big of an issue. Plus, you could go the FMS route with some stiffer springs.
  3. And get stuck behind all of those slow assed ZX-10's????? Methinks not. Or maybe, any excuse to go riding is cool with me.
  4. Not like there's gonna be anything to watch though...
  5. Can ya imagine the nasty women you'd have to get hard for? Not to mention the men that'd want you....
  6. Got it- thanks for going through all the hassle to put it up. Eric
  7. I never got it -can one of you please try again? Thanks!
  8. Yes! Can ya email it to EaracheMS@Gmail.com? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!1
  9. I told ya, I can't CNC a sheep out of aluminum for the Kershocktown crew. You're gonna have to stick to live animals. Or email it to me at EaracheMS@Gmail.com
  10. I could use one for the Triumph 675 as well - if ya get one, lemme know. Eric
  11. Nope - looks like poo at the moment. But I'll take picvs of the entire process and maybe post them later. By later, I mean maybe around Spring time or so because I work slower than shit.
  12. I saw that, thanks. This might be a little more involved than that peice was. But I'll keep it in mind
  13. Just a semi-finished piece. I'll take care of the final sanding, paint, etc., so it can be a bit rough - no problems there. The cover will replace the gas tank, with the fuel being carried elsewhere on the bike. I just need something to cover up the area where the OEM tank is mounted. I had also thought of just cutting off the bottom of the tank, but I want to eliminate the gas cap and just have the top of the tank smoothed over.
  14. I need to have a tank cover made of fiberglass. I have an OEM gas tank that I would like over laid with fiberglass. The pop the dried fiberglass off of the tank so that I have a copy of the top of the tank. I realize that the cover will be slightly bigger than the tank - the thickness of the glass itself - but that's okay. I only need the top of the tank done, not the bottom. Anyone expereinced enough to do this without fucking up the OEM tank? Or have any other ideas? Had also thought of carbon fiber, but didn't know if the expense was worth it or not. Thanks! Eric
  15. Well I am! Fuck off you puny brained rice riders, you'll never be as good as me. Nah nah na nah nah.
  16. They tolerate inbreeding, cornholin' and sheep shaggin' in Kershocktown, but this makes it to the news? Who cares?
  17. Too bad some fag Ducati owner will have it and sit around and polish it all day. Hope it gets ridden...hard.
  18. + a couple thousnand more. No one knows their shit better than Reuben. He's raced it and fixed it more than anyone I can think of. I'll be in Ohio over Xmas and can pick up your forks anbd take them to Reuben for you. Save ya some $$ on shipping.
  19. No kiddin' - they're afraid of pictures of guns. And think we're a bunch of retarded cowboys running around with six shooters at our side, blowing each otehr away at every opportunity.
  20. It's not so much "lessons" you'll need to learn to ride well, that comes with experience. It's more of the proper "attitude" to have a as a newer rider. Things like "all cars are out to get me" and knowing when to ride a little more briskly and when not to. Sounds like common sense, but when riding a bike, sometimes our common sense fails us. Anyway, once it's warmer we can head to southern Ohio or somepalce desolate and work on our riding craft.
  21. I've been married for 26 years. Pretty much the same thing.
