Just hit a neew personal best in the boat 49mph on gps!!! Got the gas to oil mixtureb just right an alum. Is like glass right now ahhhh stoked that's almost 10mph faster then I've had it

I'm having a hard time getting my boost dialed in with the MBC ever since my boost leak. Car has a full tune on it just might be running a tad rich now that the weather is warmer. I would like to see what I make on a different dyno.

Are you asking if u can tune between runs or just adjust ur mbc? Not speaking on his behalf but he usualy allows a change between a pass. Like boost or adjusting afr

I have up my 1981 checkmate vmate 2 panther . the boat is a about 16 feet long (it will fit in a normal garage ) the boat originally came with a 90hp evenrude but had swapped out a 115hp Johnson on it with electric trim. boats been rewired the whole boat an it runs great had it up to 55mph in perfect conditions I had it at a consistent 40mph in rough water at buckeye lake.

the boat is very low to the water very fast an handles great. great starter boat. brand new battery fresh plugs. starts every time.

the good:

fast boat

great beginner boat

small so fits in a garage no need for storage

cd player

sticker good for 3 more years

fuel efficient motor I can run all day on the lake an never have to fill up.

boat cover.

very sporty looking boat

trailer has a brand new axel, wheels, tires, wheelbearings hubs everything

the bad:

the cd player works great when the motors off but when it's on there some sort of interference so it skips I was told a resistor would fix this issue

the paint is great but the clear is pealing in some areas very small though

as stated this is a great beginner boat I just want antoehr toy or some sort lol

Does the Resistance still work in it? I had a proform, but the resistance stopped working. If it does, I will take it!

As in ur piping is leaking air somewhere... u can build a boost leak tester for less then 20 buvcks. Hook it up to the tuerbo an pump air in an see where its leaking by listening or some soap.... easier then spending $ at a shop to hook it to there smoke machine thinge. Plus ull always have it.
