That bike is alcohol3232's. He did a rebuild of his 02 GSXR 600. He wasn't trying to rip off a Ducati, he just wanted something unique. Regardless of whether or not you like the bike, you have to admit there is a lot of custom work in it, and it is a one-off for sure.

This is just the customer relations rep. coming out here, but write a formal letter to the owner/GM/service manager expressing your discontent and see how they take things from there. That's what everyone did when I worked at BMW, and when they did that, we just let the customer bend us over. It's worth a try I suppose. If you aren't interested in writing a letter, talk to one of the three above mentioned individuals personally.

I recently experienced Thurman's for the first time a few weeks ago. It took so long to be seated that by the time we got a table, I was no longer hungry. Tasty burger though.
