  1. hopefully none of you guys came out today, raining and 42deg... tomorrow looks awesome though, 60s and sunny!
  2. On a smaller effort team such as AFJ's, yes, quite a bit. Some are cooks, some help with warmers, bike stands, extra hands, paperwork, logistics of getting the rider out when he needs to be, some are on tire duty, some are mechanics and some are all of the above and through all this they still look good.
  3. Similar times to Mid Ohio in comparison. 1:30-45 would be top pace 1:45-2:00 would be I pace 2:00+ would be novice. Of course, times are all relative to how clean your lines are etc. Have fun with the seams...
  4. no, no response from the bike with clutch in, gear selected. if i open the bridge, then it throws a code 19 (sidestand switch). Diag with the code thrown shows kickstand down with no change in the kickstand bridge.
  5. If there's one thing i despise most it's troubleshooting electrical systems
  6. Looking at the manual the kickstand relay is within a larger unit that includes the neutral switch. Bad neutral switch I didn't even consider?
  7. Diagnostics show kickstand "up" - wires jumped Clutch engaged - wires jumped Bike starts in neutral, kick it in to gear and dies. I've researched around and looks like it's a faulty kickstand relay or starter relay. Any thoughts or ideas? Pretty frustrating to say the least.
  8. What's your budget range you'd like to stay in?
  9. Also, check out this sneak peak at the bodywork - gonna be sick!
  10. No worries! We'll be back live again tomorrow. We have until this weekend to pretty much get it all done. The only thing different will be a built engine for Road America, we'll be running stock until then. Yes, sorry we had to call it a night after 7 straight hours of working. Man's gotta sleep you know We are going to tear it completely down to frame and engine for inspection and maintenance. While Suzuki is a good bike straight from the factory, there are a few tricks and trades to make it better for our intended purpose. We aren't using new bearings, simply regreasing the ones that came from the factory with something a little better for racing. EDIT: looks like we're still "live" somehow... sorry about the confusion on that one guys.
  11. I live in Michigan and it still sucks. Except for the tiny town I live in along the beach, that part is alright.
  12. brown, this is one vid you should not have helped with. i made it through friday the first time through, couldn't do it on this. gonna give it a go though just to say i did.
  13. Don't know. I was just stating that it'd be interesting to see him run at a track he knows a little better.
  14. Ped - Has Brandon raced at Road Atl before? I'd be more curious about seeing him run SS at Mid Oh, his home track. Everything else is a new experience and deserves a bravo in my book.
  15. Yes, Jake is riding for the Riders Discount Vesrah Suzuki team. I imagine you'll be seeing him on the world circuit. Great kid.
  16. Forgot to answer your Q - someone crashed pretty hard and wasn't moving very well. unsure of what turn/rider, we were a little distracted with the red flag rule and Jake's win.
  17. What if the bike is on the trailer parked in front of wally world?
  18. He's just getting old running the senior class
