probably just where the engine mounts were. i wouldn't get no cuts, i have seen/heard of too many people going doing with no cuts and tweaking frames. a good "cut" job is just as good as a no cut, and im sure there are plenty of people available on this site to help out.

rode again this morning, definitely should not have tho. it was like riding dirt bikes on the street it was sliding around so much. columbus city streets are fine but as soon as you get on campus its all wet for some reason and not the de-icer stuff. on a side note, i got to try out my anti fog lens. didn't even realize it, i thought my engine was smoking from water getting on the headers but it was just my own breath filling my helmet but not fogging the lens. it was 8am and it made my day.

i worked alongside those guys a lot when i was with formula buckeye at CAR off campus. it was neat seeing it all come together and chatting with them.

i have had my share of helmets, hjc, scorpion 400 and 700, and finally moved on up to the big time league helmets with my agv. loved them all. as far as weight, the hjc and scorpions feel the same heavy weight on my head, although this is after im used to my agv. in my hand the hjc are for sure heavier. also the sound and ventilation are crap in the scorpion and hjc's. this is our house collection we have too many: edit: i should add that for the price you pay getting a scorpion helmet for <100 that comes with dot and snell ratings is a good bang for the buck helmet.
