+1; you're considered a 'novice' for one year. Plus, you really don't want a passenger if you're new to riding. Handling a bike with just yourself on it is plenty to deal with for a new rider.

I doubt if he'd care. Looking at the paint job, the owner clearly doesn't give a fuck about money. Or maybe it's symbolic of how he realized how much money he spent on that damn thing, and figured he'd share it with the world

Alright screw it, I give up. I've managed to hang on this long; up until the past few episodes I've understood all of Lost and have had a really strong handle on the story. I'm completely freaking confused now. God damn this show X-(

I saw 2 bikes. One guy on some sort of smaller cruiser with proper gear, and some douchebag on a bright orange CBR that I see all over campus. He and his girlfriend were squidding it up to the max; not one piece of protective anything between them.

That's more or less what I figured. I'll just be rocking the D-league minimum required padding then I'll PM ya my address w/google maps picture. It's ridiculously close to campus. There's a chance a buddy of mine will come play too, but if he does we'll just take his truck over to the rink. We won't know the details on his situation until the day of though. Oh, also, do we need to bring our own pucks? I think I've got 4 or 5 laying around if we need 'em.

Alright I'm officially in. I've got one or two right-handed sticks and a spare jersey or two that people can use, but not much else. Depending on how this pans out (checking, no checking, what are the rules?), I might not go full pads so someone can use my shoulder pads/elbow pads/pants, but I'll be using my shin guards and gloves regardless.

I've got some used gasoline, 3 gallons, only 150 miles on it, slightly catalyzed. Comes in an air-tight jar, $2.80/gallon + shipping. What? Don't look at me like that; it's STILL a better deal than that tire!

Word. I love Econ; I'm taking an Econ minor mostly for fun. I had AP econ in high school and the credits applied here at OSU, but I took the newbie econ classes just for shits anyway lol. I'm balls-deep in my third year at OSU, though it's my first year as a Finance major. Was in mechanical engineering for 2 years until I realized that I hated engineering and all I was doing was taking GEC's anyway. I live just off campus (lane and tuller basically); a stones throw from Norwich. I'll be at this school forever. I'm nowhere near graduating and it's getting close to senior year already Oh well, it's not like a Finance major will be able to get a job right out of school anyway!

I hate to use the Pony as a dressing room and almost always buy my gear directly from there, but helmets are one area where I've just gotta get em off the interwebs. I can get an FS-15 from newenough for about 100$ less than at the Pony, if I recall correctly.

I've used an HJC CL-15 for 2 seasons and it's been great. It's a bit heavy, but it's one of their cheaper models so what can ya expect? I'm upgrading to either a CL-SP, FS-15, or FS-15 Carbon in a few weeks, but I'll keep my CL-15 for when I have a passenger. I love HJC's
