Id rock it..

I looked through everything. There are some that look similar but the are a bigger diameter. No big deal.

So i finally started putting the engine together last night. Last night I got the read valve disassembled and cleaned out and put back on with new gaskets. I also put the water pump inpeller on and the water pump seperator and cover. tonight I disassembled the Power valve, cleaned and put everything back in the head. i also ordered new Head Bolts. Im lucky to have Prenger Implement only about 3 miles from my house in a super small group of houses called Egypt. And they are a Honda dealer that can get anything Honda in. and they will do service also. much nicer than having to run to Troy for parts if i screw them up, like I did the water seal on the water pump impeller.. oops.. Other than that the build is going well so far. talked to my uncle tonight and he said that in just over a month there are dirt drags at the county fairground. I would like to have it ready for that but that could be pushing it.

We use a Generac For running our grinders and vacuum. we have this one.. http://www.generac.com/Portable/GP/Products/GP_15000E/ its a beast but it starts up easy everytime. Id recommend the Generac for anybody. they have a huge selection to fit anyones needs.

The biggest problem is that its completely apart. so I have all new gaskets and bushings and hardware. but its all just part numbers. so I dont know where it goes per say. some are obvious. but others are not. luckily I have the Flapper valve together on 1 and Ill be able to reverse the process on the other. that was on part i was worried about. and the kick starter. ill try to post my progress..

Do not do this on a lap top without a mouse.. impossible!!!

My Brothers GF bought one. It is very front heavy though I had no trouble with hitting the safety. it shoots nice but not $800 nice. Long trigger pull for a single action. although her slide was rather nice to pull back once it broke in a little bit.

This.. Though he doesnt get on much so you might be out of luck on that. For the price difference between the 04s and the 05-06. I buy an 04 and put intake and exhaust and youll have almost picked up that 50 HP. plus it would sound way better. then you can do heads and cam later. Don and I have another buddy that did this and he puts down just under 500 to the wheels now. There is also a Guy named Mike Pirnia in Centerville that owns Proxses Tuning. He has a GTO and it use to be a Twin turbo 408 making around 800HP. could probably call him up and ask him some questions. might be one of the nicest guys I know.

Huge After market on the LS engines. Very easy to make big power. Comfortable. 2004 had 350HP A lot of people dont like the looks. I think it looks clean. Id like to have one but Ive got a few friends that have them so... I like to be different.
