Definitely pointing a gun... because your intention is to actively and intentionally cause serious injury or death to a specific person...Driving distracted is a problem that causes a lot of automobile crashes, fact. But to say that this distraction is inherently bad, and other distractions are okay is bullshit. People need to learn how to drive. Period. I know a guy who has been driving accident free for decades. He drives a manual transmission while drinking a pop and smoking a cigarette, every time. There are people for whom this would be an unthinkable undertaking, and far too distracting to where they would crash. Does that make his actions inherently unsafe, just because it would cause some other asshole to crash? Another example... I was in a car that got rear ended. The person in the car that hit us had no cell phone. (It was back before they got really popular) No, instead the driver was looking into a subway restaurant, trying to see if one of his friends was working. By this logic, if we ban texting and driving we should also ban the looking at restaurants while driving.

I was never a fan of htc phones... That is one honest advantage to the apple, they have full control over the software and the hardware, so everything is compatible with everything else... Android can be run on so many different devices by different manufacturers that compatibility can become a big issue. App developers get something running flawlessly on a RAZR, and it might not work at all on a fascinate...

I calculated by hand the first 2 months I had the car, and the cluster was dead on what I was calculating with premium. It got 8-10% optomistic when i was running midgrade (I'm assuming it had something to do with compensating for preignition knock with later timing)

I don't know what to tell you, maybe move away from the city and your mileage will go up? Maybe your subaru is wasting fuel unecessarily in a transfer case... Maybe your driving habits are wasting fuel, Maybe your japanese motor is so strapped for torque that it has to keep winding way up the rev range before the car actually moves, I dunno... Yes I've heard horror stories about some android devices, and have even had a bad experience with one myself, but most of my experience with them has been positive, from the first google phone(the G1) to my Droid 1, and now my Droid 4, they've all outperformed their apple counterparts.

SO it's not QUITE that bad, but when comparing the Iphone 5 to the GS4, it has Half the ram, less than half the processing power, (4 cores at 1.9ghz to 2 cores at 1.3 ghz) The Iphone5 came out WAY late with 4g.. They aren't cutting edge on anything... They made the Iphone 1, and that was innovative... july 2007.. after that, they fell behind the curve and haven't ever really recovered... 6 years of chasing the rest of the pack is an eternity when you're talking technology. Every Single Iphone release since the original has been preceded by a phone with better specs and more features.

I Ride/Drive what I can afford that suits my needs... Ruby has 300 horses, and floats down the road like a cloud, fully loaded and I was out the door for under 5k... Ember has more power than I can honestly use 99% of the time...it's waiting on me, I'm never waiting on it... and just over 5k back in '08... I dare you to find better for the same, or either's equal for cheaper...

Hey, Just cause some people can't walk and chew gum at the same time doesn't mean that I can't. I know how to keep my vehicle in my lane, so "running off" isn't a concern. As for when it's appropriate (for me) is any time my lane isn't in danger of being impeded, crossed, or directly adjacent to someone elses... If i'm rolling through a town with things like intersections, pedestrians, and traffic, I'll let it be until I stop. If I'm rolling down I-90 with 50 other cars around me travelling at differing speeds, and merging, I'll let it be until I stop. However, most of my commmute time is spent on empty roads with no vehicles within 100' in either direction, route 45 between austinburg and orwell, route 46 between jefferson and mesopotamia, all of the side roads in between 46 and 45, route 11 between jefferson and kinsman... the roads are literally empty most of the time. These are also situations/times when i'm on the bike, I'll open up the throttle and let the bike stretch her legs a bit... ignoring most speed signs.

X and X2 were shit, I actually dumped the x2 for an iphone 4, but then began to loathe IOS (I couldn't change anything and hated the interface, not to mention the shitty antenna meant i had no signal in too many places) so I sold it to my fiancee, and got the droid 4.... super happy with it... The fiancee recently dumped the Iphone 4 for the GS3... She is very happy with unloading the apple as well...Now the apple is used for what it's good at... Mp3s

Why I suggested the razr maxx hd,,, good lucj finding a phone with a better battery life... the downside is that it's kind of bulky, but not horrible
