    I'm pretty sure that falls under "unusual punishment" in our constitution. But this is why you elect judges, to decide proper punishment for crimes. I have no idea what their intentions, provocations, or motives were... I've got no information regarding the circumstances... That said, my position remains consistent with my values: investigation, trial, conviction = punishment, Aquittal = freedom...

    yes, cause that's how our free and democratic society works... I have a better idea... How about we put them on trial, and let a jury of their peers review the evidence and come to a verdict... Then we have some authority (perhaps a judge of some sort) suggest a punishment for their crimes... Just an idea...

    The services you think need fed may or may not be the services I think need fed... For example, some people think border security needs a bigger budget... Personally, I think the border is fine, and we should instead spend that money on infrastructure, roads, bridges, a new power grid, and renewable energy... Other people feel education is where the money is most needed... Still others think the military is too restricted...

    the border is secure... well as secure as 2,000 miles of land can reasonably be controlled. Everyone complains about how much money the government spends, then complains about how things they want done aren't being done... pick a side, government needs money to do things... want to cut the deficit? stop spending money, but don't be surprised when your government run service isn't up to par.

    I'd be more than happy to help you engineer a trailer... Hit up a scrap yard for some wheels/tires cheap. maybe an old s10 or ranger truck frame (last time I bought a truck frame from a scrap yard it included front suspension/wheels/tires and cost me $80) lights/wiring is pretty cheap. $20-$50 depending... The only bit I think you'd have to buy retail is the hitch connector itself.

    Trailer FTW, unless you can find a truck for next to nothing... then you could outfit it with a plow use it for a recreational vehicle....etc...

    What's a frag race? edit: oh, duh, you meant drag race... If I had a grom I'd race you, but the only bikes I have are a 2001 CBRXX and a 82 Honda 450... i could pull one of the spark plug wires out of the 450... might be an even race then.
