Is the lap included with my ticket price, all I have to do is get the bike down?

yes, lap and motorcycle parking at the event is included if you let me know you want it and how many bikes.

So I guess this means no late night pillow fights

man, i should be charging $120 + 55 for camping, undercutting the SV guy but still making $. he's gotta be making good $!

cool, I marked it. you might want to see if you can go together with someone. either add someone to your room that is staying the whole time and you split 1 night or find another person to room with for 1 night. i think the hotel is hoping for everyone in our group to do the same thing.

Talked with Sheraton. Have 10 rooms to us and we can add more later. People paying with points (Cheech) will have to make their own reservations and then call (317-635-2000) to say you are with Ohio Riders. I know that's what you originally said Cheech, I just wanted to make sure! It's setup through Mitch Divens if they have troubles finding it.

There will be section roped off for bikes but if they aren't on the trailer, officially you'll need to pay for that parking separately. Unofficially, there may be other options. Trailers can park there attached on the higher floors of the parking garage or detach and sit in a parking space. Earache mentioned he has space for 1, maybe 2 trailers at his place, about 14 miles away from the hotel. PM him for info.

you said you got your own tickets right? you'll have to pay for your own motorcycle parking. our motorcycle parking is included in our tickets, they just need to know how many.

For those that are trailering, will you be parking it at the hotel and then riding to the event? If so, motorcycle parking is included and you won't have to pay for auto w/ trailer parking.

So in order to be part of the group, I have to pay with cash and not points? What's the group name? If I give them a call when I'm ready to book (it's going to take a few days to do the points dance, I have to convert AMEX to Starwood points) and announce I'm with OR, it might make booking the group together a little easier.

I'll call tomorrow to set it up. I'll let you know how it works but I'm sure we can each pay for our own so your payment method is up to you.

No minimum number of rooms required at the Sheraton.

Sweet, thanks! If for some reason people prefer the Westin we'll need 10 rooms, otherwise Sheraton is a free-for-all! (not free, but up to everyone for their own room). We can organize it to have rooms close together though.
