katanafreak
Im going to try and make this my first track day of the year. Can I pit with some of you guys? I will be there solo. I don't have leathers tho, do they rent leathers for fat guys lol?
blue03636
They should have them, todd may call or email you when you request leathers. I will be pitting on hot pit, look for the blue f150 ecoboost with a gray enclosed trailer. I will have extra chairs and a canopy, you are more than welcome to pit there. blue03636
You can be moved, it will be up to your comfort level if you want to run I or not. I'm not sure where I'm helping but I can always help you get moved if needed. As light as mondays usually are you can probably run a good pace in novice. wantahertzdonut
I'm going. Bringing a couple friends too. Will be arriving early in the morning, I still have my open trailer and don't feel like lugging my whole toy hauler out. Besides, my brother is arriving Sunday night and that'll eat up any chance of getting out Sunday night. Do they even allow camping Sunday into Monday? blue03636
I will not be on hot pit now. Going sunday night to crash in a toyhauler so we will be on the other side of the tech building by the pirelli trailer. It's a red toyhauler, shouldn't miss it, I will have my truck and trailer beside it.
r1crusher
Who the hell is letting you shack in their hauler!?!?

LINK
I should be there, not sure on Sunday or not though?Instead of crashing in the trailer,I might just grab a room on my way up from PIRC?
TRMN8TR
None of your fucking business, that's who. Pretty sure I saw someone on Facebook who just painted their toyhauler a nice red color, lol.

ludwb675
Question from a novice Good or bad idea to get new tires the morning of a trackday. I don't want to lowside my bike going into turn 1. Will following the leaders the first session be a good enough scrub session? That speed should be fine on new tires i would imagine without worrying about going down. blue03636
I wouldn't worry about it, I have gone out in a race on new rubber. The first session will be a slow one too.
ludwb675
How are the prices for tires at the track? Pretty close to elsewhere or is there a premium for the location factor.
blue03636
They are about the same price and have free mounting. I know Todd has pirelli and dunlop with him but you could shoot him an email or phone call to make sure he has what you want.
