Picked up a shield 9mm for her today that we ordered a month ago.

Had my holster guy make her iwb holster as well.

Dont know exact measurement off hand, but Not wide at all, alot thinner than my glock 26. single stack 7 rounds

i love this guys holsters.  he is a stand up guy that does quality work, and has a quick turn around time.  very affordable as well.
