Nortern Ohio Duc had the best deal I could find on a Multi by far.  They just couldn't get the bike I wanted at the time that I wanted it.

Dude I am 99% sure you bought the house we were looking at.  Is it a walkout ranch, finished basement, 5 acres backing up to a creek on the one side of the property?

Sweet man, congrats!  We never made it to look at it but wanted that place bad.  I talked to the agent a few times and got the info etc. then our house didn't sell lol.

Awesome news man!  Congrats on the sale too, we had 9 house in our sub division all list within 2 months of each other, 1 sold in 8 days, not one other has even gone into contract.  With the newbie here we dropped ours off a month early and just said screw it for now.  We're going to build in 4-5 years and at that point won't really care if we sell this one or not lol.

 

That garage was nasty though, I mean looked like it was a total mans place.
