This hot water heater works perfectly fine, with no issues at all. It will be replaced on June 4, and available for pick up after that. In the mean time, I invite you to come and see it yourself, and test it to see that it has no issues at all. we can run all 4 sinks with hot water, run the dishwasher, 3 showers and even run the washer if you like. It's just the wife and I here, so it has seen light use, and the couple before us had no kids, so it was light use with them. The unit was installed in 2008, and has a 12 year warranty. We have all of the original paperwork to go with this. This is a pick up only deal. I can not transport. Water heater details:Kenmore 55 gal.
