Need Carpenter Help

I need to get some exterior trim up on my home. This is something I've been planning to do my self; just needed to go out and buy a miter saw and some brick mould. But I'm thinking there may be a little more to it than that. In the winter, my house is freezing. I feel cold air around the windows (windows are about 8 years old, double pane), so I think there should probably be some type of insulation under the moulding? Also, since the original casing around the door was never painted/sealed, it's rotted and needs pulled and replaced. 

Can anyone refer a good carpenter? I'm in Pataskala area.

Or is this just a matter of spraying in some foam insulation and nailing up some brick mould?

Don't use expandable foam unless you never want to open and close your windows smoothly again.

Yes, Silicone caulk around all windows and doors.  You may need some backer rod (round foam) to fill the wide gaps and then brick mould.
