anyone got a hook up on tires 195/60/15?

Got some prices for a car with 195/60/15 and wondered if anyone had a connection or hookup I could use for a bit of a discount.  For a friend who is strapped for cash, but needs the car for work and hauling children.  Just trying to assist a bit...

 

We tried used, but that has been awful...

I always use Discount Tire. They are always the cheapest and give lifetime flat repair, balance and rotations. I've bought 5 sets from them so far. Always the cheapest always in stock and always quick. I've used the free flat repair 3 times and the rotation balance numerous times, always quick and easy. I usually go to the Easton location
