jacobhawkins
I'd like to get in a few races with the mini-roadracing group in Circleville next season but need a set of leathers. Anybody got a set gathering dust or well loved but still functional set? I'm 5'11", 155-160lbs. While window shopping, I tried an AGV Imola a while back and fit into a 42 pretty well, snug, but I think I'm a 42-44 in their sizing. Doesn't need to be an awesome set, but I'd rather spend a few bucks for something that would take a few hits. Whatcha got?

redkow97
My leathers retail for almost $1500. My wife spent $350 on her wedding dress. She NEVER misses a chance to bring that up...
MidgetTodd
The dress was only designed to hit the floor once, the leathers multiple times. Hence the $ difference
redkow97
I also bought used and didn't pay anywhere near retail.
Heagachongoose
Screw the leathers, just wear the wedding dress. That should halt all future arguments on the subject LOL
jacobhawkins
Haha, this is great. She's spend today trying to convince me buying a mini is better than renting one for a few races this year. And Todd, she thought your comment was spot on regarding cost vs. usage! jacobhawkins
Big thanks to TwiztedRabbit for the suit. It did the job just fine Saturday! Down 5(!) times and it held up great and so did I.

redkow97
I told you before the novice XR race, but you got much better throughout the day. Novice season is fun that way. You get to improve quickly and enjoy that pretty much every time you ride the bike.
