don't just scare him off right away...   There are a handful of cruiser riders who post regularly.  I don't know that any of them have trike kits, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't be familiar with them.

 

Assuming someone posts up, "yes - I am very familiar with that kit,"  what would the next question be?

I have no personal experience with one to answer your question directly. I don't know how much research you have done but it is not a true trike kit. After it is installed you have 4 wheels on the ground. I have heard that riding on uneven pavement can be rather interesting. Cheaper alternative than a true trike kit and it can be removed easily.

Those are training wheels.
