Tpoppa
It thought the ones that did the best were Huckabee, Rubio, Carson I thought the worst were: Cruz, Christie, Trump

Connie14
I wish Ron Paul was younger and a canidate. It seems like people are moving more toward libertarianism, but I don't think a libertarian candidate would be elected as a 3rd party candidate in my lifetime.Donald Trump is a slow moving train wreck waiting to happen. zx3vfr
Rubio and walker are gay for each otherBush is an asshole. Paul is too back and forth. Kasich did ok.Christie needs to change parties already. Trump is a plant. Cruz is an idiot. Huckabee and Carson nailed it.

serpentracer
I'm voting trump. only candidate that isn't a corporate puppet or use religious beliefs for decisions. which is idiotic
Gump
So far I'm still Trump. In general When people know what you want, you're weaker. He doesn't want much. Although it could all be a ploy. He's smart enough to key in on the angle he's taken which seems to be working. Although I don't think it's an act. Tpoppa
It's pretty likely, at this point, that Trump will be the Republican nominee. Not a huge fan but I'd vote for him over Hillary or Biden. I do find his lack of political correctness to be refreshing. He'll actually say what's on his mind instead of what politicians are trained to say.

MichaelS
Tired of the 1% buying your elections and candidates? Skip the middle man and elect one directly, lol.I get what you are saying but to play devils advocate; if he already can have anything he wants can he be bought by others? Theoretically if he can finance his election by himself he doesn't owe anyone any favors. Does he actually believe what he has said about healthcare and taxes? Who knows, unfortunately you don't know until many years down the road. If it came down to him or hillary I might for the first time vote republican. Just to see what happens. I am curious to see how this continues to play out. The billionaires behind the republican machine are not going to much care for him. For now it is fun to just watch. I do agree with your sentiment though; how poor our system if the only way to be president is to either be a billionaire or bend over for one. Weakening or repealing dodd frank, lowering or eliminating the minimum wage, weakening or eliminating unionized labor... it's in his best interest to do these things, he's worse than a puppet, he's the puppet master. smccrory
I couldn't hate every single candidate more. I would much much prefer Deez Nuts to actually winI couldn't agree more, other than to fault you for not being sufficiently strong with your terms. I would kindly suggest that "revolting," "horrible people," "chronic liars," "sycophants," and "pariahs" to be more descriptive of just about every one of them on both sides of the isle. I keep hoping even one candidate reveals a fundamentally good character, but I'm disappointed every step of the way.I've had the opportunity to be around mega millionaires in my life and in fairness, some of them were decent people (a couple even authentically great). But once you get to that level, self-interest isn't your primary goal - its parity, even dominance over those in your high-net-worth bracket. What drives those 1%ers is a combination of fame, redemption, power to influence, the ability to leave a lasting legacy and congeal the high opinion they have of themselves as they climbed the ladder to their reining pole positions. Tpoppa
Any politician who had stayed in politics long enough to run for president If he's already in the 1%, why wouldn't he legislate for the 1%? Weakening or repealing dodd frank, lowering or eliminating the minimum wage, weakening or eliminating unionized labor... it's in his best interest to do these things, he's worse than a puppet, he's the puppet master. Some wild assumptions there. Even If he wanted to, can you name a president that had enough support to make those kind of changes? How is Obama's personal gun control battle going these days? smccrory
I want to know which candidate is the most likely to bring about flat-out destruction of our current political system. That's who I'm voting for. Is it Hillary? Bernie? Trump? Which one will finally derail this runaway train? Enough is enough. Let's put this "representative republic" down, like the sick animal it is. Give me actual Socialism, or give me death. I'm tired of listening to people pretend they give a fuck about this country or what it used to stand for. Just burn it to the ground and let it suffocate in its own ash.I'm glad I not the only one who flirts with that notion.
