Suck my balls Cleveland.

Cleveland's gun laws are not too popular in the Ohio Supreme Court either.  Shot down multiple times, last time they were told there would be sanctions if they came around again with their shenanigans.

Maybe crime would go down if they had much more restrictive gun laws...like in Chicago.  That seems to be working really well.

God damn it, when ever I hear a fellow 2nd amendment supporter say that I want to take out my gun and shoot them. That is a dangerous analogy to make, as are most analogies. You know better than that man.

Chicago's per capita gun murder/gun violence rate is lower than Cleveland's.

Obviously, the January high temperature is a huge factor correlating with the murder rate, so climate change is the main reason for the high murder rate in Chicago. We need to raise the January temperature in Chicago!

You're giving chicago credit for being huge and fencing outlaws into certain turfs. I've looked at the per zipcode rate before then like the graph above consider the %AA and they start to coincide.

Dude you are on to something. Lets run with this.

1) Cold weather causes murder.

2) Gun laws don't stop murders.

And then there is the cornerstone of the 2nd amendment crowd.

3) Guns don't kill people, people kill people.

So, it's cold as fuck in Canada. Gun laws are super tight. And they got people!

Bet its a damn blood bath up there.

And that's how many mass shootings Australia has had in the past two decades.

Australia's population density is incredibly low. Sydney is comparable (density) to Youngstown.

Cleveland is something like 8 times as densely populated as Sydney.

Hardly apples-to-apples when people are that much more spread out.

Look at Switzerland.

The common thread is that the LEGAL availability of firearms is a poor, unreliable indicator of crime despite what some would prefer to believe.

So far every theory in this thread is a poor indicator. Even the latest Guns don't kill people population density kills people is silly.
