yeah, it would just be in be in XP.

I already have a TV tuner card. I was just hoping like when I watch a DVD on my PC I could watch it on the TV instead of the monitor.

It should be pretty easy. Some cards only do overlay on the tv and not full tv out so you may need to play with some driver settings. Like my laptop only has overlay so I turn overlay on and pull up the app and it will dipslay on my tv. Works well though.

Cool. Sounds easy.

How does it look? Is it all pixelated and crap or does it have a decent pic.

Depends on the resolution. Since TV's have such a low resolution, it's really only practical for playing video, which (depending on quality of the recording) usually looks good. When not viewing video i can only see about 1/4 of my desktop on the screen, but it overlays automatically. i can even watch a video on the tv and do something completely different on my computer, like surf the internet or use aim.

lol Yeah I'm looking to hook a computer up to my 51" widescreen so I can do some gaming from my leather couch. be a little more comfy then my supra seat that I have in front of my 21" monitor.
