The foot work is pretty much what most american drivers teach you NOT to do. But in reality its a very usable driving technique. Rather than being on the gas or on the brake and using the suspension to turn the car, you can feather and blip the pedals to disrupt the weight distribution and balance of the car to throw it around in ways it shouldnt be able to. The top gear times say the 350z and the m3 and the Rx8 are the same. http://www.topgear.com/content/tgonbbc2/laptimes/thestig/ Now you have to factor in that they are similar cars but in different countries.
