Say for example, you gave one to some distant relative's kid, and you had it say "Hi, I'm Elmo! You're adopted!" as soon as the kid opens it. Or program in a buch of swear words and donate it to toys for tots? Or, if you have an ex that you can't stand, and she is soaking you for child support. "Hi Im Elmo. Your Mom is a raging whore!"
