Due to a lack of finances and some personal issues, I will be getting out of the car scene for a while. Since bills need to get paid, I need to make some money. What better way than to sacrifice the legend itself…

 

The Colt being destroyed way beyond repair-Everything that was salvageable is up for grabs. 10.5@148mph @ 30psi.

 

Full Turn Key motor-2200$

Made 708whp and 508 ft lbs without an issue to the car’s death. Aprox 6500miles on it.

 

Well Ported head-comparable to mainstream “Stage 3” port jobs- new guides/seats

Milled and O-ringed

Stock springs with “special sause” shims and Titanium retainers-tested to daily 9k shifting

 

2.0 block

Polished crank, newer oil pump cover

No balance shafts

Eagle Rods-Wiesco pistons-.20 over with full floating wrist pins

 

The car is in no condition to do a compression test, so all I can say is that the car ran great, pulled hard, did not smoke, and only had any sign on blowby with boost above 32psi (which is normal). This set up would cost you $4000+ . I will include factory turbo cams, or you can by the Comp cams I have for only 200$ more! Local pick up preferred, but can deliver short distance.

Shearerfabrications.com top mount, hands down the best on the market. Twin entry T4, with twin 38mm Gates. Saw full boost @6300rpm

GT42 non-BB turbo-Absolutely NO shaft play

Full v-band 4inch Down pipe to 3.5 inch exhaust (at firewall)-2 O2 bungs

Gates dumped into the exhaust

All parts have 6500miles on them

Will include oil feed and drain

This all retails for over $3500 purchased separately

 

13.5x3.5x24inch core FMIC-J-spec Tail BOV welded onto the cold side tank with pipes-$600 Set up for GM Mas action-Custom tanks tapered to fit the massive core. Piping is a mix of aluminum and mild steel-2.5 from turbo and 3inch out.

 

93 FWD Talon trans, with LSD insert. Tested to 9k, no grids, never missed a shift. Never one wheel peel again

Is the engine bay the same size as a 1g? As in, is your FMIC setup custom to your tiny car?

 

I sold my old front mount to a kid with a 1g and it bolted right up. A 1g has more romm up fornt than I do, but the pipe lenghts should be dead on with no modification. I think the core would fit up front as well with no problems.

This motor is a beast. Daily driven 700hp motor that has more miles on it than most "race" motors ever make it to. This thing is a fucking champ, and dropped in the right shell will annihilate 99% of the cars on the road.

 

Blow trannies, disentegrate axles. Buy this motor and own a small piece of what once was the colt.

What were you using for engine management, just an SAFC or did you have a different chip burned or were you using DSM link or what?

 

Just want to know what kind of programing I might be getting on it. And see if I'll have to change it. Right now stock MT programing would be perfect.

 

I'm still not 100% sure I don't have an EEPROM ecu so let me check on that too. I probably don't as I'm a 92.

Ragged edge? I made 700whp@32psi and 11.2 AFR's. If thats the ragged edge, I am in the wrong business!
