I went through the same thing...I thought I had dibs, but I'm 2nd in line...Someone is going to look at it sunday..If they don't buy it..i'm going to look at it...If I don't buy it..U can look at.....I have cash in hand and said I would look at it tonight, but she said she couldn't till sunday, and thats when the people r coming...

Yea..I would have given her $1700 cash yesterday......

The soonest she is available is Sunday..... Someone already has a meeting for it on Sunday...If they do not buy it on Sunday...She is calling me, and I'm going to buy it on Sunday...Hell...Id pay $2000 for it at this point
